The Timbernest Condominiums are located on Columbine Road within walking distance to the Peak 9 base area and downtown Breckenridge. You will enjoy all the comforts of home in this inviting, 899 square foot unit which features a charming, mountain town feel.
The suitably stocked, clean kitchen is fully equipped with all glassware, dishware and cooking utensils you will need to make, and serve, your favorite home-cooked dish. The two bedroom, two bathroom unit offers all the necessary appliances; microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee maker. Enjoy your meal in the comfort of your own unit at the countertop bar with seating for three people or the quaint side dining table with seating for four people.
The plush couch, cozy lounging chair with ottoman and side chairs are sure to provide the relaxation you deserve on vacation. Whether you're surfing channels on the 42" Smart flat screen TV or reading your vacation book with a cup of hot cocoa, the warmth from the gas fireplace will make you feel right at home. On the warm days and exquisite summer months, relax on your private deck and take in the unique mountain views.
The master bedroom offers mountainous decor with a King bed encased in comfortable bedding and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed encased in comfortable bedding and a TV. Between the two bedrooms and the Queen sofa sleeper provided, the unit can accommodate six people. After a long day playing outdoors, enjoy a hot shower or relaxing bath.
Guests of Timbernest can also enjoy access to the Columbine Recreation Center. This pool complex offers seasonal access to an outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor oversized hot tubs, shower rooms and summer patio with outdoor furniture to savor the warm days. What a perfect way to end your long day of skiing or riding! (Seasonal - Subject to Spring/Fall Closures)
Beginning April 1st, 2018, the Columbine Pool center will be closed for remodeling and will not be open again until December 1st, 2018.

Excellent location and has everything you need. Perfect for 2 couples with 2 br w/ dedicated bathroom for each br. Very easy check in. The front desk gave us multiple tips for included services and discounts (groceries, rentals, shuttle service). Short walk (8 min) to Quicksilver lift and place was outfitted with everything you need including a Keurig! 60 second walk to the hot tub and unit included a ski storage locker. Since no one was checking in the next day, they accommodated us with an extended late checkout so we could go snowmobiling in the morning and come back to change before heading to the airport. That was EXTREMELY appreciated!! Made for an awesome adult weekend getaway. Thanks again!

Great location just south of the base of peak 9. Easy access to all of break and the free shuttle makes getting around simple. The 2nd bedroom has a jetted tub which is nice after a long day on the slopes. Only down side is the furniture is very uncomfortable. The couch (that seats 3) is fine but the chairs are awkward & uncomfortable and makes lounging more difficult. Beds are also not the most comfortable.

The Location is Great. This Condo is well situated close to Quicksilver chair (across foot bridge) and Main Street. The condo didn't have any personal artifacts and appears as though it has been operated exclusively as a rental. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils but below average grade condiments. The sheets and pillows were OK but should be changed out. This unit does not come with a covered parking space. A good place to rest your head but nothing above and beyond here.

This unit is used primarily as a vacation rental and there are many reservations booked throughout the year. Due to safety and health concerns any used or left behind condiments are thrown away by our housekeeping staff.
