Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in a great location. HOWEVER, nowhere in the description or pictures of this unit is it mentioned that there is an old hot tub in the lower level. The hot tub smelled of chlorine, bleach, and something dead. The smell made the bottom level unusable and smelled up the other two floors also. Only book the unit if you are willing to stay in a smelly condo.

This listing doesn’t explain that there is a hot tub INSIDE this condo. So when you walk in there is an overwhelming smell of chlorine, enough to shock you. The hot tub is tucked in the basement without any ventilation and it ruins the experience of the condo. Great location but would def not stay there again. There was also a bandaid stuck on the bathroom floor. Overall, do not recommend.

The condo had a lot of space over 3 levels, and was in a great location. You need to walk or take the shuttle a short distance to the lift, but you can ski directly back to the condo on the 4 O’Clock run. Great location, easily walkable to town. Would definitely stay here again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The mattresses were very old and lumpy, I am sure they are decades old and made sleeping difficult. The amenities were plentiful and everything worked, the dining room chairs were too short for the table and it seemed the furniture was overused and very old.

This would not be my first choice in a place to stay when visiting Breck again. We had no hot water in the unit during our stay and were unable to get it resolved while there. In addition, the unit is a bit rundown and outdated and the hot tub in the basement causes the whole condo to smell like chlorine.

We loved this place. The location could not get better, the space was warm and cozy, lots of places to sleep. The place does smell like jacuzzi because there is a hot tub in the basement but you get used to it quickly.

The unit was great with the exception of the beds. Holy SMALL! If the unit sleeps 8 as it says on every document - you could easily have 2 king beds in the upstairs bedrooms, sofa sleeper on main floor and another in the lower level. There were only 4 of us (2 couples) and found the beds impossible to sleep 2 average size adults.

Wonderful rental company that was very helpful to us!
The kitchen is adorable and has plenty of room. They did a great job getting everything you’d want for a vacation into that house.
Lots of space for everyone and lots of bathrooms. The downstairs shower is fabulous!!!!! Nice clean sheets and towels as well.

The place was spacious and clean, and the location was good and within walking distance to downtown Breckinridge. There is a list of things to do, and places to eat, which was helpful during our stay. The hot tub in the basement is very cool, but during our stay had far too much chlorine to enjoy it.
Check-in time isn’t until 4:00 and can be as late as 6:00, which seems so late considering you’re paying for an entire day. We didn’t get a call until well after 4:00 that our place was ready for check-in. Ski Country did offer us late check-out, which was much appreciated-however, we got a phone call the morning of check out asking if we were out of the house yet, so I don’t think communication is strong among the company.
Overall, it was a nice place to stay, and would be perfect for a large group. We would stay here again if the check-in and check-out process was a little more convenient.

The rental was perfectly located just a few minutes from Main St. The place felt very cozy and relaxing. I think the best feature is the basement hot tub which you don't get to experience often. The kitchen was also fully stocked! My friends and I had a great time cooking and dining together.

the property was nice and perfect for 8 people. However the town of Breckenridge was just a little too crowded for my liking. If youre going to go to Colorado to get away I do not recommend this location. Beware that there is only parking for one vehicle which was quite annoying sonce there was open parking all around our town home. Mountains and hiking were beautiful.

What a fantastic space for a large family or group to basecamp and explore the Breck area! Great location to access both summer and winter activities on the slope, and easily walkable to downtown even for our 5 year old. We loved having the tri-level space to spread out and the big screen tvs in every room (including basement) were a definite bonus! The kiddos loved having creek access just off the back of the unit, and of course, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the private hot tub!!! Would definitely recommend and consider returning during boarding season... ;) Kind folks to work with and also easy process all around!

Location was perfect for walking to Main Street and free gondola. The free Breckenridge shuttle was a nice added bonus, especially for our tired 2 and 4 year-olds. We LOVED staying at the townhome with Sky Country. Check in was easy even though you have to go to an offsite location. The place was wonderful and the indoor hot tub was truly magical. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone! It was great value.

Nice place and the indoor hot tub was really nice. Also really good access to the mountain and town. Only complaint was that we were only aloud one vehicle in the parking lot in a place that slept ten which became a bit of an inconvenience.

Great location! Walkable to the Snowflake lift and easy to ride back down to via the 4 o'clock run. The hottub inside the home is a very nice touch too!

Great place to stay in Breck! We stayed 9 guys in this place and it is very close to Main St and the slopes. You can get to the slopes either by walking up a small hill or they have a GREAT shuttle service that takes you anywhere! Great location and the place was very close to the pictures. The only thing I would say is to be aware of is that there are only 2 actual beds, the rest of the beds are all pull-outs beds.
I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Breck.

This was a wonderful townhouse to stay at for the weekend. It had plenty of space for our group and was only 2 blocks from Main Street. We were able to hike Quandary Peak as well, which was only 8 miles away. Plenty of space. And the hot tub wasn't a bad addition either :)

My family and I had a great experience in Breckenridge this season and enjoyed our stay at Sunset 13. It's location was great for getting to the peaks and for being central to restaurants and the town. The tri-level home was a great fit for our group of 10 with plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen had all necessary equipment for us to make meals when wanted. Our favorite part of the home was the side door which opened up to a large "staging" area for our skis/boards and other winter gear. It helped us keep all our gear in one place and not have everyone tripping over each other's things. The only difficulty of the home was the one parking permit/spot - with 10 people, we had 3 cars so 2 of the vehicles had to park further away at the ice rink which was an additional cost for overnight parking. Overall, our experience at Sunset 13 was great, and we would recommend this place for others looking for lodging in Breckenridge.

This listing was all we could have hoped for. It comfortably slept the ten people we had in our party and it came fully stoked with everything you could need in the terms of food preparation. The check in and check out were very easy and barely had any hassle. Overall we had a lovely stay at this listing and I would recommend the place to all looking for a nice mountain getaway.
