This spacious, two bedroom, two bathroom condominium is located in a central spot at the base of the Four O'Clock ski run, one block to Historic Main Street and steps to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop. This charming 1,175 square foot condominium features an open design, West facing private balcony, and ski storage.
Enjoy your family movie night on the 40" flat screen TV with DVD player on the large plush couch and leather side chairs. If you'd rather enjoy a good vacation read, take retreat in the inviting unit and relish in the warmth of the newly remodeled gas fireplace while the Colorado sunlight pours through the large windows.
Just off the living room is the full service, kitchen and dining area. The clean, suitably stocked kitchen has all the necessary appliances; dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator to prepare any meal. The quaint dining table has seating for six where you can enjoy a home cooked meal in the comfort of your own unit. If you're looking for more of a grab-n-go meal, then belly up to the breakfast bar with seating for four.
The cozy master bedroom has a comfortable King bed and private master bathroom. The second bedroom is beautifully decorated with two comfortable Queen beds. With the additional sleeping space provided by a Queen sofa sleeper, the unit can comfortably sleep up to eight people.
Other unit amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, wireless high speed internet, and a private balcony with outdoor furniture. Sawmill Creek complex amenities include a common deck with a year-round gas grill and summer patio furniture, covered parking, elevator and an oversized indoor hot tub. The Sawmill Creek runs through the middle of the property complex tumbling over a waterfall into a pond making it the ideal mountain setting.

The condo is in an excellent location close to everything in downtown Breckenridge. It is only a couple blocks from the gondola and when ready to come in from them mountain you can ski/snowboard to the condo building via the Four o'Clock run. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit dated, but functional. Kitchen and living area have been updated. It is a comfortable space to stay. The hot tubs are great, but they do not match the pics shown online. There are no outdoor hot tubs or pools at this condo building (at least we could not find any). Be careful on the tile in the hot tub room. It is very slippery with wet feet. Ski Country staff was very helpful and accommodating. They help make the stay great! Overall, this unit is a great place to stay in an excellent location!

Nice place. Great location, just a couple of blocks off Main Street and super close to the gondola. Kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of room for our party of 5 adults. The only negative comment I would make is that there was not a great deal of sound barrier between us and the condo above us.

The place is dated! The coffee pot didn't work. There's a tile broken in the kitchen. The bathrooms seemd dirty. Basically #dated. Now we have stayed in the same condo before and the location is amazing. And the price of this unit was good, but the place needs updates and it needs to be cleaned really good.
