This is our second time staying at Park Meadows Lodge. First time in this corner unit. It was comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. Our teens love the lobby with the pool table and basement game room. We used the laundry facilities- thank you for providing soap! The check-in process is keyless, so easy, and we enjoyed the recommendations on things to do while we waited for check-in time (Golden, CO!) The location is amazing. Just a couple of blocks to the historic area where there are lots of shops and restaurants. We only used our car to pick up groceries and ski rentals. We also love the benefit of skiing the 4 o'clock run home to the end of the cul de sac and walking to the lodge. Another plus is using the shuttle in the morning for a ride to the ski lifts (just be sure to tip the driver.) The space was tight for our family of 4, once you pull out the sofa bed. It was easier to hang out in the lobby where there is extra space with tables and a large fire pit surrounded by sofas. The bed was a little firm for our taste (maybe a memory foam topper would help.) Despite the small quarters, I would stay here again. You can't beat the location and the amenities.

Great stay here and had exactly what we needed in Breckenridge! The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing.
The place was also close to the lifts and downtown. The location was very convenient and we are talking about our next visit already. I would recommend this place for anyone in town for a few days!

Very beautiful facility with lots of activities to do on sight including ping pong and two hot tubs to name a few. A small stream runs through the back of the property. It has a beautiful fireplace in the lobby. Beautiful all around.

This was a lovely spot! I will say that our neighbors above us were extremely loud until midnight and started again around 7 am. There’s little sound proofing between the units. The space was very small but perfect for 2 people, no more than that. The hot tub was very nice and the downstairs had a ping pong table and some other activities but the quiet hours are early.

Cozy, bright, and reasonably priced condo in a super location. Small but perfect for two. Communication from property manager was great, and check-in/check-out was simple. Will be back! Could hear squeaky floors and doors of neighbors above but it wasn't too bad.

The dishwasher had not been run, so there were dirty dishes still inside, and there were several mugs and plates in the cabinet that were not clean. Other than that, it was a great place and I would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can’t believe how lucky we were to snag this place. The 4-o-clock run stop just a 3 mins walk from this place (top of Sawmill) and it was only a 6 mins walk onto main street. The place is small but every inch was used smartly so we weren’t left feeling cramped. Everything we needed was provided. There was even a humidifier! 2 hot tubs, great fireplace and workspace in the main lodge... would stay here again.

I have Pro's and Con's to report, but mostly Pro's. All communication with staff, in person or on the phone, was terrific. Everyone was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They even helped me with Shuttle service research getting to and from the Airport. The location is wonderful, especially considering the nice price! We were easily able to function for an entire week without a car. Everything is in walking distance, assuming you are not adverse to a little exercise :-) Techincally it is considered Ski in / Ski out, however, both require a little effort. Ski In to a street and walk a short distance to the lodge, Ski Out involves either walking to Gondola or catching a bus. We were fine with this though, no problems at all. The room was exactly as we expected, size included, and very clean. The Main Lodge was very nice, and we spent some time around the fire and playing ping pong. For clothes washing, both Washer and Dryer were nice and large, and relatively inexpensive. The only Con involves the linen service. Per their policy, it states we should have had "every other day" change of towels and toiletries with our 7 night stay. We arrived Saturday, and had to call on Tuesday (4 days into the stay) to request new towels. This was the only time we ever got new towels. Same with toiletries. We never received any services except for when we called to let them know we were out of toilet paper. They were very quick to respond with both issues, but I am not certain anything would have ever been done without us calling. After these two call-in requests, we still never recevied any more linen or towel services beyond these call-ins. So, for a 7 night stay, one would assume multiple services, we only had the ones we called in. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. We will most definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone interested. It was a very nice and comforatable room and we look forward to enjoying it again!!

Unfortunately our stay here was mediocre. Upon walking in, there was dog hair everywhere (couch, rug, literally a fur ball in the corner) thankfully my husband and I don't have bad allergies - but it was clearly not even vacuumed. The jacuzzi was out of service for us (we understand things happen - but this was not addressed to us prior to arriving/ booking and quite frankly people book properties based off of certain amenities) the price per night should have been reduced. Lastly, we get into the bed at night and the sheets are disgusting. Human hair and dog hair. Not even changed let alone washed. I reached out on Vrbo to the property manager and they refunded the cleaning fee and service totaling $56 - as we much appreciated any type of reparation I did not think this place was worth the money, we were not comfortable in it. As the title says, only positive was the LOCATION!

This was a great property in Breckenridge. It was easy to find and close to walk to the downtown area. Additionally, it was nice that the lodge area had a pool table and a ping pong table. That was a hit with our kids. The only downside is that it is quite small and I am not sure how that would work during the winter ski season with all the layers needed. You can definitely work around that though and enjoy the beautiful landscape of Breck. Oh and the hot tub was really nice as well and the place was clean and fun. Definitely would recommend it for others!

Great condo within walking distance of main street Breck! It is a little smaller than pictured and can be right for 4 adults, but it gets you want you need. Check-in and out was easy. Just a heads up the hot tub and other amenities close at 10, and it is enforced.

For our first time in Breckenridge this spot was absolutely perfect for my girlfriend and I. Being this close to main street makes walking to all the bars, restaurants, and shops so easy and accessible. A little smaller than expected but still great for two people, would absolutely recommend and plan on staying here again when we come back!

This location was great. We went for a friends wedding and struggled a little to make the condo functional. There is poor lighting and lack of plug ins pretty much every where around the place. Two of us had to get ready and it was a struggle. Also there is a shared iron and ironing board for the whole complex. Other then this it was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location too.

The location is perfectly located! This unit was super clean and perfect size for just a nights stay. The parking was a bit of a challenge to find a spot as the lot is very small.. The walls are extremely paper thin so you can hear your neighbors all around sneezing. Would recommend if you can get over hearing the people nextdoor talking/walking around.

The check in process was very smooth, I received a text and email about the check in process a couple hours ahead and it went really smoothly. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and a short walk form restaurants and places we wanted to visit on foot. The only thing we weren't thrilled about is the walls are quite thin. You can hear people walking around and talking above you. Also, the heater was making a knocking sound throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We really loved this place. The hot tub was a nice touch. I would stay again. However, the pans were so scratched and damaged that cooking in them was not safe. As a result, I was unable to stick to my health plan, and the food I brought went bad. Next time, I will bring my own pans.

It was a nice little place, however the heat did not work. They did refund us 50% of the room for the heat not working I’m just curious how often that happens. The Ch/a in the unit was older and uncontrollable. The breakers flipped. The place could use an upgrade

We enjoyed our stay. The location is unbeatable, 10 minute walk from downtown Breck. The space is small as expected, but clean and sufficient nonetheless. The heater was not working, but a handyman was there in minutes to bring us a space heater. Overall good option for a ski weekend.

First off I’ll start with the good... the location of this place was fantastic! Short walk to the gondola and to town which was amazing. Also you can ski down right to the unit. Bonus!
Some of the not as good moments...
The Living room pullout bed was very uncomfortable (thin mattress)and the mattress was short. I am 5’8” not abnormally tall and my legs were hanging off the end a few feet.
Also, we slept terribly. I loved that our unit was on the first floor and the end, however we could hear every noise. Constantly heard people walking in the unit above us... could hear them move suitcase, turn on the bathroom fan, etc. We were provided ear plugs by the host which was nice but even with ear plugs in I still could hear everything. It was very hard for me to sleep because of all of the noises.

Lodge was in a good location , close enough to walk to main street .Yet it is away from all the business and noise from the town. Check- in and check out was quick and easy . Place was clean and had everything you needed. Jacuzzi tubs were great ! The only thing was, we were on the bottom floor, and it was a bit noisy. However upon your arrival you receive a little “ sleep kit “ which includes earplugs , that you can always put to use . Otherwise everything was great . We would definitely stay here again .

Good location, nice apt, though a the bedroom could use fresh paint (scuffs from ski equipment, most likely). It was a tad noisy outside as there were some people chatting while using the hot-tub, however the host supplied earplugs and an eye-mask in case the noise/light became a problem- they didn't as the people went to bed shortly after we closed the blinds.

Any Ski Country rental is fantastic! The reason? They are an incredible company to work with. Breck was suffering some power outages and our original booking was affected. I found this out at check in! Well the lovely people at Ski Country let me know they were going to upgrade me for free to a new location (with power) and that they would be there to help with anything! They were incredibly helpful and nice even among all the stress they were having to deal with. I will definitely look to book with them again next time we are in town! This was a great location but the unit was advertised as sleeping two to four and it more accurately sleeps two comfortably. The pull-out couch has a small, thin mattress and not enough bedding and pillows. Three sleepless nights.

The space is small but has everything you need. The only thing really keeping me from giving this place a 5 Star review is that because it's so small, the layout is a little weird. I'm a lady and I was in town for a wedding. I needed to get ready there, by doing hair, makeup, etc. In the bathroom, there's no power outlet and in the bedroom, there's a really big mirror but the outlet in there wouldn't let me reach the mirror. So, if you're going to be using blow dryers, hair straighteners, hair curlers, etc., bring an extension cord.
Also, the lighting in the bedroom isn't good enough to do makeup in. You have to do in the bathroom, which if other people need to take showers or anything like that, it makes it difficult to do.
But that's my only complaint. Everything is in walking distance, the room was beautiful, the staff was very nice, welcoming, and helpful.
Definitely a great place to stay at if you're just doing some skiing/snowboarding!

This condo is in a sweet little lodge in a great location, a 10 minute walk from Main Street Breckenridge. There is a common room with a wonderful fireplace and pool table, and the hot tubs just outside the lodge were really nice. The condo is clean, well-stocked, and great for 2 people. We'd definitely stay there again!

Clean, conveniently located, good price. Book this if you plan to be mostly out and about as it isn't meant to be a lodge where you hang out. Perfect for a 2-day, 1-night stay.

Small but clean location! Such an easy walk downtown! We were there in the summer, but it was still cool inside the apartment even without AC! Would stay again, but don't think it would be big enough for four people. We had 3 and it was perfect!

Unit 4B was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for the two of us. Its proximity to skiing and the town is excellent. Clean, well maintained, and cozy. Hot tubs were awesome after skiing. Noises of residents walking and talking above us woke us up often though. Other than that, it would be 5 stars. I would come back.

Great location, close to the main lift. You can walk it or they offer a free shuttle to anywhere in the city from 8 am to 11 pm. This was clutch for stepping out at night and not having to order an uber. They allowed for us to have an early check in which was another added benefit. Only downside, it was hard to regulate the temperature, they left us a space heater that made it pretty hot, so we had to constantly turn it off and on.
Overall great experience, would use this airbnb again!

This place was clean and nice but very small for 4 people. Would probably be perfect for 2 people. The hot water knob in the shower was broken so it was very difficult to turn on and off. There were no outlets in the bathroom. Free wifi and satellite tv. The two outdoor hot tubs were perfect after a day of skiing. Walking distance to downtown, along with a free shuttle if needed. Overall a pretty good stay.

Friendly check-in/check out services, condo itself was clean and tidy. Hot water knob in shower was not working properly, heat in condo did not seem to be working properly- too warm. Friendly housekeeping service at Park Meadows. Would have liked to see board games/cards/bottled water available at the condo. Shuttle service just okay, few times we called and got questioned why we needed the shuttle and got some attitude from a particular driver. However, shuttle drivers Charlie and Sam were very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at Park Meadows 4B twice now: once in the summer of 2016 and again in January 2017. The owners have completely remodeled the interior. Every detail is updated and beautiful! It is a perfect unit; a great location on the ground floor and an end unit. We cannot wait to stay there again. Park Meadows is a fun and unique spot in Breckenridge.

Our stay was great. The property was less than a mile from the slopes. We only had one issue the entire stay with the noise above us. The group staying above are room was loud and kept us up at night. Not Ski Country's fault but it was frustrating. The room was great, recently remodeled and had everything you need.

Nice place for the $, only complaint is the lobby should open earlier, 8 am is late when nearly everyone is making their way to the mountain by then, coffee should be available by 6am
