Tall Pines 97

We really enjoyed our week, had some good snow which made it all the better. House was perfect and enjoyed the master suite upstairs, which was spacious and a great bathroom with big tub and double shower. Only non positive comment is while it is ski in/ski out strictly speaking, the out requires taking ski’s off at the bottom of the run and walking about 100’ across the road to the lift. Only this run requires that, the rest are all good once you on the slope. Wasn’t the end of the world.

Nice place. Clean. Nice hot tub. Very convenient as a ski-in and ski-out location. Would stay here again. Wi-Fi runs on DSL so was a bit slow and couldn't handle video conferencing, if you need it to work remotely, but otherwise no major complaints.

We skied out to 4’0clock, down to Snowflake Chair and then accessed the entire mountain. Such a great location and excellent home. Our boys loved the downstairs area and it was great to have the upstairs master as our getaway. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property and great location. The hot tub was a bonus and enjoyed it after long hikes during the day. The weather was perfect. The trees were changing….gorgeous yellow colors everywhere. It was nice having the basics supplied such as toilet paper, paper towels, cleaners and pantry items. Only complaint is that there was holes on the drywall in the lower bedroom and insulation was exposed. They were working on the outside foundation It would have been nice to have the inside wall covered better without seeing the insulation

We stayed 4 nights, end of July 2023. The condo is adjacent to the 4 o’clock ski trail & we used the trail to walk down to town, or up for a hike. The kitchen had everything we needed (we make daily breakfast & at least one dinner when we stay at a VRBO w/family.) The family room has plenty of seating. There is a 1st floor 1/2 bath, washer/dryer, & garage access. 2 parking passes provided. The large deck, 6 chair table w/umbrella, and hot tub were used every day. Downstairs: 2 queen bed rooms (very comfy), a roll away under one bed, & a den/family room with a comfortable couch to sleep on. Each room had an en suite bathroom which was really nice. Upstairs: a master suite w/King bed & a sitting area, walk in closet, & large bathroom. There is a soaking tub and oversized shower with two shower heads. The weather was 80+, & there is no AC in the Master- the only negative for this beautiful unit. The ceiling & other fans helped only a little, there was no air circulation even with all the windows open— way too warm for our liking. By day 3 it cooled & was much better. The main & lower levels were quite chilly at night as the outside temp dropped into the 50s. It’s not the fault of the owners that the weather has changed but an AC unit will be needed for the increasing # of hot days each year. The condo is so great that the hot nights did not merit giving it less than a 5 star rating. We highly recommend staying here. We had a fabulous stay!

Fantatatic location, very clean, well stocked and easy communication with the management company. The renovations that have been done to this unit make it especially nice. For example the layout of the bathroom cabinetry and the closet built ins are well thought out and make unpacking a breeze. Check in and check out are done off site at a close by location with parking on Main Street in Breck.

Location is perfect, quick walk to Main St and close to gondola. Ski resort is a quick drive up the road. Kitchen and bathrooms were recently remodeled and luxurious. Very nice hot tub on the balcony was a hit with the kids and adults. Only slight negative would be the beds - the mattresses weren’t very comfortable IMO but they weren’t terrible. Overall I highly recommend!

My wife and I shared the condo with our older son, his wife & daughter, my wife’s sister and her husband who came from NJ. We really enjoyed our stay, the views are great. Loved the deck and hot tub saw a moose while having coffee in the morning. A few minor maintenance issues that were responded to quickly. Unfortunately people don’t inform the owners of the loose knobs & such that just require a screwdriver. Would definitely recommend this property.

Our Easter Spring break was late April 2022. Even though the chair lift that we had hoped to ski down to was closed the 2nd day we were there, this place was still a good location for ski-in and ski out to the Gondola. The view was great! Getting in the hot tub every afternoon / evening with a nice view was also nice. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The only minor recommendation is an updated master mattress and a first aid kit. We would definitely book again either way!

Description matched what we experienced and we had no issues. The highlight was skiing right to condo at end of day and sitting on deck with cocktail watching everyone else ski home. Quick access to Ski Hill Rd to catch bus or to drive to town. We will be back!

The property has excellent ski in/out qualities but you do have to remove your skis to cross a road which got a little tiresome. The property itself could use some modernization. The carpet should go. The dining area is also cramped. And the heating system is old so it’s hard to regulate. It’s a nice place but some updates could go a long way.

I have nothing to complain about at all about our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a great location! The free shuttle around town was very nice for us since we didn’t have a rental car. We called the host one day asking about a hiking trail we were interested in and they emailed us a VERY detailed explanation of how to get there and what to do once we got there. We really appreciated that! If I went back to Breckenridge I would DEFINITELY stay there again! Thank you for the great place and hospitality!

Breck is one of our favorite mountain towns we enjoy getting away to. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the local fox that lives in the area. That put the cherry on top of an already amazingly set up home. The space for everyone to move around made it easy for everyone in our family to have their own privacy and comfort. The master, that is on the top floor, gave us adults a nice get away already in this spacious home. We also really enjoyed the private hot on the back patio, day and evening! I stayed with my daughter and best friend and her son. The three bedrooms were all clean and the beds were comfortable. The layout of the master on the top floor and the other two on the bottom floor gave us some privacy from each other. The kitchen has everything you need which made it very easy to cook and the owners had left various spices that helped so we didn’t have to buy every single item.. The location is right on a trail into town which makes it easy to go back-and-forth as many times as you need to. Great place and will stay again!

Amazing place and great location! True ski in and very easy semi ski out. A lot of space for 8 adults. Great view of the 4 o’clock run while sitting in the hot tub. Only negative was the pillows were not great. Each room had issues with them.

Tall Pines was fantastic! This is was the first time I've done a ski-in ski-out and I won't do anything else from now on! You can literally ski right up to the condo! We had a group of 7 adults with us and it slept everyone so comfortable! The hot tub was the best part and you can watch the other skiers go down 4'Oclock Run sitting in it! The unit was very clean and quiet! It had every cooking utensil you could possibly need! My ONLY negative thing to say about it is the towels needed to be updated as they were very thin and scratchy but that's the only thing I would suggest! Also, the humidifier in the master bedroom was broken when we got there but the Ski Country people were so kind and friendly about it! But all that being said it was still an amazing 10/10 A++ 5 Stars all the way around! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! Will definitely be coming back again!!!!!

We stayed for 5 days and couldn’t ask for a better location for ski in/ski out access. Management was prompt in responding to any questions and even delivered towels and shampoo when we needed. The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed to cook with. I would highly recommend staying with a group or large family. Looking forward to doing it again next year.

We spent our Christmas holiday at this property with our adult children. The layout was perfect as the master bedroom is on the top floor, the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are on the bottom floor (all with their own bathrooms), and the main living is on the middle level. The kitchen had absolutely everything needed for cooking and dining in and everything was so well organized. The location on 4 o'clock Run was perfect and our family enjoyed the hot tub after our days on the slopes! Having a heated garage was nice to store skis and boots in addition to keeping our vehicle warm & dry out of the snowfall. We were extremely pleased with this rental property!

This was the perfect house for our family Thanksgiving vacation. We were very attracted to the ski in and ski out but unfortunately we did not get enough snow to use it. Thankfully we rented thru Ski Country and utilized their shuttle to take us everywhere we wanted to go. We did walk the trial and it would have been less then a minute to get to the lift and it turned out that following the trail was a short 15 minute walk to town. We used the hot tub every morning and night. We will definitely rent this house again when we come back. It had a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of games for us to play.

Great vacation home! Would give it 10 stars, not just 5. Had a family reunion and everyone (all ages) loved 97 Tall Pines. Clean! Near everything! Outstanding hot tub! Great views from the deck! When we arrived at 97 Pines, our family of five was beyond thrilled. We have high expectations, as "snobs" from North Shore of Chicago, but the accommodations exceeded our expectations. We had plenty-- in fact, more than enough-- room ,among the 3 stories to spread out, but also plenty of space to be all together. Spent countless hours enjoying beautiful views from the deck and hot tub (which was clean and in perfect condition). We saw a moose in the back yard shortly after we arrived and were visited daily by hummingbirds. The walk into town was easy, even for our 6 yr old. Because we were visiting in summer, did not experience the ski-in/out convenience, but clearly, it would have been an easy coast down. Sometimes I felt like we spent too much time "at home" instead of on the mountain because we enjoyed being there so much!!

Wifi connectivity was always solid. There host provided lots of dvd movies and board games to play. My 6 yr old loved sleeping on the trundle in her big sister's room, and my big girl loved not sharing her queen sized bed, while my son loved having his own. We never opened the sofa bed, which we ordinarily would have done w/a 3 bedroom, but even if we had, the family room becomes a quiet space of its own. Kitchen was well supplied, and furnishings were lovely. I can think of nothing we lacked or anything negative to remark upon.

This is a great home in a great location. Beautiful views, wonderful amenities, east to access location. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed for a great family get away. My wife could walk to the Nordic Center to go snowshoeing. The kids and I could ski out to the Snowflake Lift. Wonderful time.

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! What a beautiful place to stay. The condo accommodated our family of 7 perfectly. We loved the convenience of skiing in and out. We came back to the condo for lunch with the kiddos each day, and the grandparents enjoyed the walk (or sled) downhill to town with the kids. The free Ski Country shuttle was perfect for getting back up the hill to the condo! Your home is just beautiful and perfectly equipped. We cooked all of our own meals...so convenient!! The hot tub and master bathroom were simply luxurious and the fact the each bedroom had its own bathroom was amazing! Thank you for sharing your family home with us for a perfect family vacation!
