We absolutely enjoyed this property. The pool was a little inconvenient but doable. We would suggest that you have pool towels available either at the pool or in the condo. We had four people and four bath towels. We went to the pool/hot tub every day of our stay and had to use our bath towels for both the pool and our shower use. Other than that, everything was great.

First, thank you for allowing us to stay at your property! The condo was extremely well furnished and there was nothing extra that we needed (although we dined out at night and did not cook). Very short distance to the Quicksilver Lift...and a 5-10 minute walk to numerous restaurants.

Great place! Location was perfect for beginner-ish folks like us as this ski in-ski out was at Peak 9, a beginner slope, which we lucked out on! Perfect for a quick few days of skiing. Not the owner’s fault, but a functioning indoor hot tub would have been nice. Oh well, no big deal, we were able to get to the lift in 2 minutes from the door. Pretty sweet.

Great location! The quicksilver lift was right out the back door. And the downtown strip was a 7 min walk. The place was just like the pictures showed. The hot tub and sauna were great to use after hitting the slopes. It was also great having a garage spot so our cars didn’t get covered in snow.

We liked that it was in walking distance to the slopes. The house was cute and cozy, and it was so easy to get a hold of anybody at any time to ask questions. Dryers did not work well in walking distance to all Breckenridge shops.

Property was nice. I love the views from our balcony. Unit was updated and nice. But the reason you are there is the location. All down hill right down to the property then just a few steps and downhill to the lift. After the day of skiing then just a few blocks into town. Perfect location. The lift is a green lift so ski school right by the lift, have to work your way over and up to blues and blacks, but easy to do. I would stay here again in a second.

Homely feel to the unit, super cosy and just the right amenities for our stay.

Such an excellent location for the lifts up to Peak 9, and providing you timed it right, the queues weren't too bad for Feb/March dates.

Parking options were perfect and meant we could head out knowing we always had a warm/dry space to return too.

This will definitely be the unit we will book the next time we are in Breck for our winter USA trip.

This was a perfect location for Breck. Close to town and the slopes. This trip we did not ski. Condo was wonderful, has everything you need for a getaway. Comfortable bed, with a nice layout. Ski Country fixed the only issue we had, quickly. and it was not something anyone could of prepared for.

Came up here with my mom for a quick trip from Boulder. Everything was comfy, cozy, clean and what we expected. Short walk to Main St, quiet building (off season so not too many folks around), and even the sofa bed was sleepable! Would definitely stay here again.

Aside from the pandemic, we have had a big year with our son medically. He is six and had open heart surgery (last Oct) and then diagnosed with Reis Buckler’s Corneal Dystrophy which can lead to vision loss. We had a couple days free from appointments and obligations, so headed west! The condo was cozy and close to town.. perfect for grounding ourselves and taking some much needed breaths. The property was nice, clean and in a great location. Breckenridge was beautiful. However, the entire reason I booked there was because it was advertising that Breckenridge was the best place to be for 4th of July 2021!! We were very much looking forward to the fireworks! Unfortunately, they were cancelled and we were told while there that they haven't had fireworks in 4 years. Very disappointed ? so we only stayed one night and ended up going back to Denver. Never used the shower, stove, anything but the beds for one night and it was close to $500. The place was great, just let down by all the hype of 4th of July fireworks that didn't happen.

Property was just off Quicksilver lift and super easy for ski in and ski out. Excellent 1 bedroom with a pullout couch for the kids. Covid restrictions kept hot tub and pool out of reach but boys decided to run and experience neighborhood. Definitely will keep in mind for next year if we return to Breckenridge.

Trailsend was the perfect place! Regardless if your in Breck to ski or just enjoy downtown ! As for the condo , very clean and the view is perfect ! I am not a skier but it was fun watching everyone ski from our balcony . The kitchen is fully loaded to cook which we did a lot of our meals there with covid bc of the restaurant being at capacity a lot of the nights. If you make reservations ahead of time you should be fine. We really enjoyed our time here it is a must stay if you ever visit Breckenridge area!

This condo is on the wooded side which I loved because we got to fall asleep to the sound of the creek outside our balcony. It was very clean and cozy. We had a great stay! A great little space with everything you need to spend a great time in Breckenridge. Would definitely stay here again and only wish we could have stayed longer.

We only spent one night at the resort, but by the time we were checking out the next morning, we wished we had booked for longer! Our condo-style unit had everything we needed. It was spacious, nicely decorated, clean, and we loved eating breakfast on the balcony. We loved that it was so close to everything, too! We were able to walk to Mi Casa for dinner (so good), and walk around the shops in Breckenridge. This was my first trip to Colorado, and relaxing in the hot tub at the resort after a long week of hikes and activities was such a nice break. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Colorado!

We loved this place! Although we stayed a bit during the Mud Season, my boyfriend and I were still able to explore and have a blast during out time there. A-Basin (which is still open for a bit longer) isn't that far of a drive from this place, so we got to enjoy some spring boarding. This place is so awesome and we can't wait to come back!

The location is perfect for peak 9 family skiing. Only complaint is not having registration on site. I find this a pain. For example, the pool key did not work but never swapped because did not feel like going back to registration location. Pool is accross the street. We had 2 adults and 2 young kids. We would go back.

This condo was beautiful and very comfortable. We loved the balcony which faced a wooded area. There was even a small stream that ran beside the property. Having a garage to park in was great! The condo was nicely decorated with a very nice view. It was very clean when we arrived which was important to us. There was some problems with the dishwasher soap dish and the toilet. The maintenance man was so nice and efficient for the two times we had to call on him. He came right away morning or night. Our car got stuck in the snow in the exit drive way so a few men had to help push our car out at around 10 am. By the time we return from our skiing, the snow was plowed. I love the fireplace at the entrance which keep us warm as soon as we walk in the front lobby door. The ski rack room was also great. Overall, it was a good experience with a few exceptions. My son, daughter and I really had a nice time. The front desk crew were also helpful.
