Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this lodge was absolutely perfect - a 5 minute walk from snowflake lift, and a 5 minute walk to main street with all the restaurants and shops.

However, if you are planning to sleep more than 4 people, be sure to bring an air mattress for the pullout sofa, as the mattress that is provided might as well be a thick blanket laid over some metal bars and springs.

spacious nice to have 2 bathrooms, warm water was instant, shower pressure was great, extra heat in the bathrooms. outdated, but that didn’t affect stay. The upstairs bathroom has leak, water dripped from ceiling in downstairs bathroom.

This unit is perfectly located for a few days of skiing. Quick walk in the morning to Snowflake lift, then ski down Lower 4 O'Clock in the afternoon to put you just a short walk away from the unit. The Upper Village pool/hottub is conveniently located a few steps from the unit. If you wanted to walk into town, you can get to just about anywhere in about 10-15 minutes. The unit was clean upon arrival and had more than enough space for 3 guests. Having 2 full bathrooms was a plus! The only downside was that the unit does not have a washer/dryer but we made use of the fireplace to help dry out any gear from skiing. Would stay at Sundowner T12 again without hesitation.

Great location if you are looking to ski/snowboard at Breckinridge. About a 5 minute walk to a a lift, or a 1 minute walk to a shuttle. Small place but fits 5 just fine, fireplace is very nice touch in the living room. Very clean and the company is very good at responding to any issues. Would recommend this place!

If you’re looking for a reasonable stay, and want to really enjoy the skiing, this is a great place. The decor is dated, but overall this was on the cheaper side of reservations so we were happy with our value in the stay. We all jokingly referred to the place as “grandmas house.” Location is great 5-10 minute walk up hill to the snowflake lift and 5 minute walk downhill to downtown restaurants.
Highly recommend reserving hot tub in advance as it was booked up by the time we arrived. As an FYI if you plan on skiing the last day, parking is not included.

Super cozy and comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains. It was clean and we had enough towels for the stay. The fireplace added an extra touch after a day on the snow it kept us warm! Overall, good place to stay at, walking distance to Main St and close to everything in town.

The location was great (5 minute walk to Main Street), but the house is very outdated. The heater does not work well, we could constantly hear the people in apartments around us, and there were almost no utensils in the kitchen (no non-stick pans and no spatula).

This is a really cozy apartment that easily fits 4 adults. We visited during the ski season so the proximity to the ski rental shop, bus stop for the gondola and access to a lift where amazing! Also, you can "ski-out" and walk to the apartment from the 4 o'clock trail. Overall great!

My friends and I had the best time staying here over the weekend. Only a 5 minute walk to the down of Breck, the house itself is spacious and cozy, and the hottub access was better than expected (multiple tubs and a pool)

Perfect location if you're looking to explore Breckenridge and the slopes! Such an easy walk to the bus if you need to go outside of main Street otherwise it's just about a block away from all the action. The place was exactly as described and there was more than enough room for me and 4 other guest. We had such a great time!

Pretty great location, easily walked downtown and even made the trek to the gondola. They gave us a second parking pass which was really nice, but the place was pretty outdated. There were a few gross stains on the pillows, the kitchen light just flashes it doesn't actually work, the hot water ran out after two people showered, and the TV didn't work (but its not like we were there to watch TV we just wanted to watch the Avalanche game). Overall I would recommend this place, perfect for a short weekend stay, not sure if I would want to stay for a full week though.

Great place in a great location. Only negative was parking. It can sleep six but can only accommodate 1 car and the overflow parking is 2 miles away. That's a bummer for the amount you pay to stay. Otherwise everything was great! Would book again.

Great spot in Breck for a group of 4! It's located between the Snowflake Lift and Main Street, which is perfect for walking to town or taking the lift to the bottom of Peak 8. The unit is as advertised, and check-in was simple through the main office in town.

Very cozy, comfortable little cabin. All beds were very comfy. Cabin is a little outdated but GREATTT location. Walking distance to everything. Two shuttle stops directly outside of complex. Very convenient. The only thing to notice is that there is ACCESS to a communal heated pool/hot tub. We overlooked the word "access" and were under the impression that it was attached to the cabin. Same goes for the washer/dryer. Not in the cabin. We also had some issues with the fireplace. It didn't work most of the time. A repairman came out several times to fix. Wifi was also spotty. Overall, we had a great experience. The location alone makes it worth it. Management was very nice and courteous. Parking was a non-issue.

Great location and overall layout. Condo was close to everything, shuttle right outside the complex! The jacuzzi/ pool area really came in handy at the end of a long day of riding.

Was a easy check in process and we had a relaxing night at Sundowner. I only wish there was more parking spots given the size of the unit.

Check in was very easy and description of the place was dead on. The cabin is outdated but the location is spot on. The walk to main street was about 1/4 mile and snow flake lift was less than 1/8 mile up. The only negative is that there is only one parking pass and two would be ideal, but there is parking about 7 minutes away driving or 20 minute walk and there is shuttle service.
