Victorian Gables E

Everything about this unit was classy and enjoyable. We liked the proximity to the historic district and the ski lifts - all within easy walking distance. Parking for 2 cars, one in a locked garage, was appreciated. Book this place with confidence!

Easy walk to peak 9 lifts and right next to a shuttle stop if you want to go to the gondola. The house was a great size for two couples and our 4 month old. Highly recommended!

We stayed three nights in Breck during a ferocious snowstorm with high winds. The unit warmed up slowly, but once it did we were cozy. The location was amazing and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.

This is a wonderful location to walk to most things in town. The property was very warm and welcoming. Enjoyed having our own bath for both myself and my grandson. The kitchen was well stocked for about anything that you might need. Everything about the property was excellent with just a couple notes of concern below. There was a perfume smell on one side of the bed. Thought it was fabric softener but was not on the other side of the bed (gave me a headache until I moved to the other side). Driving a camper van we were able to park because there were open spaces to turn around. In busy season parking would be difficult for a large vehicle. Had a false report about having a pet and other things made me feel like big brother was watching us every time we came in.

My family had a wonderful stay at the spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable home. The location couldn’t get any better and the layout was perfect for the six of us. My contact was extremely responsive and accommodating when an issue came up on our end. I’m pretty baffled this home’s score isn’t much higher as we’ve stayed in many higher rated Airbnb’s and this property was absolutely on par.

The location was absolutely fantastic and close to everything! The home was very spacious and parking was easy. The beds and bathrooms were just fine and heating/fireplace worked well.
The reason we did not provide five stars is that the amenities are older and/or bare bones. Clearly they have the ability to do so because of the location, but for example, the primary TV was quite small, and there was a CD player boom box that i think I may have owned in the late 90s (5 disc changer!). We were only there for one night and after a day of skiing and ‘apres-skiing’, it mattered less, but if we were there multiple days, with kids, etc. those types of amenities would have mattered more to us. You can go out and buy a 50 inch TV for $200 these days.
While close by, checking in and out off site was not the most convenient.

We had a good time. A few notes, though:
1/ It is well located and close to everything. However, the street gets noisy - and it’s noticeable even with windows closed.
2/ we had a hard time with the master bedroom mattress and pillows. Pillows are soft and razor thin. Mattress has definitely seen better days.
The other room is considerably more comfortable sleeping-wise.
Also make sure you’re aware those are not queen beds, but smaller doubles.
Other than those small (but important for us) details, it would be a 5 star.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The location is great and walking distance from all the charming local stores and a variety of restaurants. The highlight for us was the time we spent together as a family and exploring new beautiful hiking trails every single day. Blue Lake, Hoosier Pass, Saw Mill and many more. The home is very well equiiped. Only feedback the beds could be a little larger for tall families ? and the bedrooms upstairs got warm in early June. We left windows open at night to be comfortable. Great memories of Colarado, Berkenridge and our vacation home. The car park is very helpful.

In one direction it drops you off at the Gondola; in the other direction it drops you off at the lifts of Beaver Run. The condo is two blocks from Main Street. We never used our car while there.

The place was clean and well equipped. The furniture is dated but functional.

I called the management company for assistance and they were professional and helpful. One issue that I had discussed required follow-up and they called me back promptly.

I will definitely try to rent it again next time we visits Breck.

Awesome place! Clean, convenient, full of amenities. 5 min walk to sledding, 5 min walk to grocery store, 5 min walk to Main Street. It was definitely worth the price, since the other places in Breckinridge were either the same rate OR a couple hundred bucks cheaper, but with less room. If you need to save a buck, there’s a full kitchen so you can cook for yourself;
and as mentioned before, groceries are right around the corner.

The location can’t be beat. Just two short blocks from Main and a five minute walk to nearly everything in town. It’s also literally just steps from the blue route bus stop so getting to the slopes is fast and easy. Even if you don’t like the bus the walk to the closest lift is ten minutes. The unit itself is very spacious and well kept. It stays toasty warm even in the coldest nights. Everything works. Offstreet parking is excellent. Good wifi. This is a top notch place. The only drawback, as others have noted, is that the furniture is a bit uncomfortable. It’s perfectly nice but just not made for lounging around after a day of skiing. However, it’s not such an issue that it would make me stay somewhere else. This is still one of the best places in Breck.

Very good location, easy access to all restaurants, shopping, bars and shuttle to lifts easily. The location overrides everything here. I would have give 5 star overall however the TV is the size of a computer monitor if that matters to anyone, maybe not. Furniture is dated and antique like but other may love it. House has everything you need and location is superb.

Overall we had a great stay in Breck and the location of this property (walking distance to town - 2 blocks) was excellent. The only negative was that the comfort level of the furnishings were sub-par to average. The couch, chairs, and beds were quite uncomfortable and not made for lounging after a long day on the mountain. Many of the furnishings were also very outdated.

This is a terrific little gem so conveniently located to downtown and the slopes. It works beautifully for a young family or a family with adult skiing children. We loved the unique antiques and photos all nestled in a clean and updated interior. We appreciated being able to park two cars - one in the garage and one in the back.

Loved this cute townhouse, stayed here for 4 nights in February. Bed was super comfortable and I loved the whirlpool tub after a long day on the slopes. It was a quick walk down to the Market and to Main Street. We also enjoyed the sleds in the garage when we walked them over to nearby Carter Park. Only complaint was check in, we arrived a few hours earlier than check in so we left our bags at the office and got lunch. Came back to the office at check in time and there was no shuttle available to take us to our place as arranged. We had to wait around for about an hour longer to get a ride to our place and we were freezing since we had been traveling and hadn't had a chance to unpack our gear. Check out was also a little annoying since you are required to take the keys back to the office, you cant leave them at the unit. This is tough when you don't have a car and also have a lot of luggage, Otherwise the actual space was perfect.

Came to Breckenridge for the Wine Festival and this condo was in the absolute perfect location. We were within walking distance of the festival, and all of the downtown restaurants and shops, which was super convenient! The condo was very clean and we had more than enough room. While others have complained about the dated interior, we didn't find it to be obnoxiously awful. The kitchen area has newer appliances and countertops, and more than enough dishes and glassware to accommodate. Parking was a little tricky the first day. We were late arrivals and didn't receive our garage door opener until the following morning, and it wasn't really clear to us where the garage for this condo is located so we parked on the street as close to our unit as we could get. Heads up! Breck has an overnight on-street parking ban, so be careful. We were provided with a "Parking Pass" for the unit, so this may have been what saved us from an overnight parking ticket. Our only real complaint/suggestion echoes that of a few previous guests - invest in NEW PILLOWS for the beds. It's one thing when bed pillows are merely flat but these also have that "I've been slept on by a few sweaty, drooling people" smell to them. Far from inviting relaxation, but a very easy fix.

Location was great (for the Breckenridge Oktoberfest), but other than that - rooms both need upgrading, kitchen is tiny, living area needs upgrading. Bathrooms all need upgraded, and are very dated. Parking sucks - but that is Breckenridge - if you have out of state plates, don't dare cross the line - and good luck understanding their ridiculous signage (you are fine for the most-part if you have Colorado plates). Well done Breckenridge Parking enforcement, good job being "visitor friendly".

This property does offer two parking spots, one inside the garage and one directly outside of the garage. If you're going to be bringing more than two cars you'll have to park them in the satellite parking on the North or South end of town. We spent 3 nights in this lovely townhome in Breckenridge and were impressed. PROS: First, the location is great with just 2 blocks from main street and just 1 block from public transit. The view out of the front door is incredible. The beds are comfortable and the rooms/bathrooms are big! Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, and other cooking necessities. CONS: No coffee filters and no staple pantry items like seasonings etc. at all. So if you buy coffee buy filters too. There is no AC. If you go in the summer be prepared for this. It got pretty hot and was too hot to open the windows. Overall we loved our stay and would stay at this location again. The Ski Country team was great and easy to work with in setting up the visit.

Great location,Main St and Chair 9 are walkable. Lots of reasons to like the condo itself, beautifullly furnished, unexpected details like custom millwork, stained glass windows, great fireplace and more. Dedicated garage! Very clean, jet tub in Master Bath was great. Kitchen has all you need for pots, pans, and cooking. Shuttle service to Breck was excellent - always within 15min of dropoff or pickup. Just 2 blocks from Main St to go for coffee in the morn, shopping or to stop by tavern.

We had a great week at the property! It is well located for walking downtown and is beautifully decorated. Though the rest of the bedding is nice, I would suggest that the pillows are terrible/tired and definitely need replacement. As well, the housekeepers have been a tad lazy and left a giant mountain of misc bedding simply piled in one of the closets - seems out of place with the rest of the lovely townhouse. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the beautiful property and took fantastic hikes each day.

Spent a week here and loved it. Highlights for us: - plenty of space for family of 5, not cramped at all - fireplace kept the place nice and warm - walk to market, Main Street, sled hill (we donated a sled, hopefully it's still in the garage) - blue line bus stop almost right outside the door - quiet collection of duplex buildings, never heard anybody else - good amount of pots and kitchen supplies - jigsaw puzzles (missing pieces make them even more challenging) and cable TV - enclosed (detached) garage is a big plus FYI front door is on French St. but enter the driveway to the garage from Adams just east of French. Would definitely stay here again!

Rented for the location, which was perfectly situated off main. Didn't book it for skiiing (was there for a show off mainstreet), but I'd assume you can easily walk or grab a shuttle to the mountain. Nothing bad to say!

Extremely pleased with the home. There was plenty of room for the three of us. Super comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was provided, i.e.: clothes detergent, coffee, soap, shampoo, etc. Would definitely re-book at this property.

We stayed here for a quick trip to Breckenridge to ski! It was wonderful! So spacious and close to downtown! The kitchen and living room were so spacious and we were able to enjoy the fireplace and play board games! I definitely want to stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed here. More than enough room. The Victorian style decor is a welcome change from deer, moose and bear so often found in the mountains. An extremely well stocked kitchen. We made cookies and had everything that we needed. Breckenridge was a bit quiet as it's between the summer and winter seasons. Still we very much enjoyed our time there. Had a great dinner at the Blue River Bistro. This condo is just a short walk to Main Street. Lots of shops are open and people strolling about. Would really be fun to be here in winter as well.

Fantastic location! Just a few blocks from Main Street. Up to date electronics were most appreciated. Just a few things that would have made the stay perfect. Better pillows would have made sleeping a better experience. For the folks who cook, salt & pepper were the only spices available. Might be a consideration for some. Otherwise a lovely retreat.

This an older place but well kept up. It was reasonably priced and two blocks from main street. Great location for summer riding, dinning and shopping. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location and the convenience of 2 parking spots was awesome; after soon as we got into town, we parked the cars and walked everywhere. There's also a complimentary shuttle the management company provides if you wanted to make use of it before 11pm. We didn't spend much time in the unit, but it was spacious enough for 5-6 adults; having 3 bathrooms was a plus.

Condo was very roomy with all needed features. The Victorian stylings were excellent. Main Street was always a pleasant very short walk even when 5F. Queen beds could use new mattresses.overall 5 adults enjoyed this condo immensely.

We have been to Breckenridge dozens of times, mostly staying a month in the summer on Peak 7. I chose this place for the great location to downtown. We loved the location, the layout, and the roominess. However the sheets, pillows and bedding were subpar. That can really make a difference on how you feel about a place. I would not return to this place because of that.

We had a lovely quick trip up to Breck and enjoyed our accommodations at the Victorian Gables. Plenty of room for our 5 guests and a really fantastic location, within minutes from Main St. Very clean and well stocked with a cozy fireplace.

Great place and great location! Check-in/check-out was convenient. The townhouse was very clean and had all bare necessities (bedding, towels, pots/pans, soap, shampoo, conditioner). Plan on buying or bringing the basic kitchen condiments (minus salt and pepper). Easy walk to all the amenities. We would definitely stay again and we plan on using Ski Country Resorts in the future!

Generally a nice place comfortably furnished in antiques, some fragile. House is generally dark, Fireplace surround missing tile, Kitchen needs a pitcher for water, etc. Is quiet but close to market and Main St.

Great Location, walking distance to restaurants and the market. It was comfortable and the Victorian furnishings added to the ambiance. It was the same price as staying in a hotel room, but was so much better. It was just the two of us but two couples would be comfortable each with their own private bathroom.
