Everything went well on our trip. My only complaint would be that the kitchen wasn't very well lit.

This is a comfy spot! Feels very spacious because of the high ceilings in the main space. 3 minute drive from the edge of downtown! Definitely going to save this one for later.

The location was close to everything. The hot tub and pool was nice after a day on the slopes. The cookware was terrible. The pots and pans are old and the old Teflon coatings peeling off. We had to ask for a frying pan. There were only two there, one a 4” and a 6”. For a group of 6 we couldn’t prepare breakfast. Also, they need a griddle for pancakes type meals. We realize that we needed to supplement paper goods, but there was no tinfoil or Saran Wrap for sealing leftovers. All in all, the kitchen needs some work. The stovetop burner supports are the wrong size, everything is cockeyed so pots and pans are tipped to one side! It could also use a Keurig coffeemaker, many members of groups drink different types of coffee! Food and meal prep is a big part of a successful group outing, this kitchen made it hard.

Unit needs new cookware. Nonstick cookware is severely scratched and compromised. Lighting system in kitchen needs improvement.
Front downstairs bedroom was cold and no visible means to heat.
Need to install keypad entry. Forcing customer to visit Ski Country Main St location is inconvenient.
Unit decor is very dated. Bedding and linens very worn. Common walls are thin - could hear late nite partying at next door unit.
Overall the location is easy walk to Quick Silver and downtown. With 2 and 3/4 bathrooms it accommodated 5 adults very comfortably.

Upon arrival everything seemed clean and in order. The pool was absolutely amazing and really close to the unit. Kitchen was well stocked. The second listed King bed was actually two twins pushed together. We also didn't realize it was spread out over 3 floors. The location was not as close to downtown as we expected. At least a 10 minute walk. The TV was in an inconvenient location to watch from the living room furniture. The staff was nice. They sent someone to get our water bottle we left in the unit before we left town. Overall we were pleased and would rent from them again.

Easy booking, helpful mgmt, clean property! This townhome is showing its age, but was very clean and the location is fantastic. Good bones make this a great getaway choice. Covered patios were nice when the summer PM rains came in. By no means is this high luxury, but it’s a wonderful space for friends and family. We loved our time here. Easy walk to nice pool and hot tubs. Beautiful neighborhood and about .3 mi walk to south end of Main St.

The condo was very clean and in a friendly area for hikes and walking to Main Street. The pool area was shared with other condos but was extremely nice and relaxing. The condo could use some updates but overall we did not spend a lot of time there as we were out and about in Breckinridge. Overall, I would stay again based off of location and amenities.

Our stay here was fabulous. The location was perfect, a five minute walk to downtown. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Awesome little place. Very large and accommodating. Excellent views and tucked away in a private complex with pool and hot tubs walking distance from the unit. Walking distance to stores. Walking distance to chairs for peak 9; sadly peak 9 chairs close for the spring season, but definitely not their fault. The heater does make a tapping noise in the downstairs guest room that can be a little annoying when trying to sleep. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay!

The location of the property is great! We enjoyed a short walk to the hot tub area and to Main Street. The property itself needs some love. Some lights and shower heads weren’t working properly. The appliances and cookware could use updating, but we ate out often so not a big deal. We had one issue with a bedroom not being cleaned well but the property manager took care of us.

This condo was a quick walk to main street Breckenridge and easy access to the QuickSilver Chairlift. Lots of room and the King beds were actually comfy. Bring *a lot* of quarters ($3.75/load) as the washer/dryer are in a shared building washroom and no one in town will make change. Overall a great value.

For the price this is a good unit in a great place. The pool / hot tub facility is a really nice perk. One item to note is that the laundry is not in the unit and you have to pay for each load. Not ideal when traveling for a week. Also there are a number of minor maintenance issues and the check in process is terrible. None of our after hour calls were returned and we had some issues on the first day. Despite this we had a great trip and with a little maintenance and perhaps an update this would be an ideal space for folks that want to enjoy Breckenridge and have a place to crash.

Stayed here over the Fourth of July. It was super close to Main Street and everything was in walking distance. The condo is a little dated but comfortable, and can easily sleep 8 with the fold out sofa. Watch the outlets in the bedrooms, my charger kept falling out. Staff was great, we look forward to visiting again.

I came here for a girls weekend away and this space is great for groups! You have plenty of bathrooms, lots of room to spread out, and a great entertainment space to all come together. The condo and decor are a bit on the dated side, but everything is in working order. While we didn't use the hot tub, it was a nice option and looks like a great spot to spend time relaxing. The access to the pool/hot tub closes at 6pm. The location is good and you can easily walk to the main strip in town.

Great place and plenty of room for my party of 8! We took the free shuttle into town which was very easy and quick and then we were able to walk back. The hot tubs are close by and had lots of space. Place overall was clean and cute!

Great location beside town and an easy walk to the ski hill. Great hot tubs and pool at the building complex. Super easy parking at the unit front door for two cars. So convenient. The condo itself is functional but super dated visually in style and finishings. We had a great time though.

Perfect size for the 7 of us. Super close to downtown Breck which was perfect for Oktoberfest! The upstairs was very interesting and hard to manuever. There was an exposed steel edge cover that almost cut one of us so that made going up to the upper level pretty tough. Other than that minor fix, it was a great price for the location and size.

We loved staying here! It was very spacious, including 3 full baths and two king sized beds. It has a lot of character which is what we loved most. It is also in a great location, just walking distance to main street. We also enjoyed the two large outdoor hot tubs which were just right outside of the condo. It was also nice to have two parking spots, and have the over flow lot as a option if you have more cars. The house had everything we needed, even lots of towels and mini bottles of shampoo and conditioner. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back!

I really liked the décor of the house and the easy accessibility to downtown Breck. The one complaint that I have is that the beds were extremely uncomfortable, especially for the price you are paying to stay in the place. We all left sore... and not from skiing! I gave it a four because everything else was great and the place was well kept and clean.

Our stay at Christiana 2 was really great. The town home is exactly as shown in the photos and was perfect for my family's hiking filled weekend in Breck. It's walking distance to the Main Street in town and the condo has everything you would need if you were planning on eating a few meals at home as well. It's well kept, well managed and well equipped. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

We were at Christiana 2 over Labor Day weekend with my parents and daughter. We were very pleased with the townhome, and it was exactly as described. It was nice that each couple had their own bathroom, plus that our daughter had her own bath on the main level.

The home is clean and comfortable and my mom is already recommending it to everyone she knows. I wouldn't be surprised if two of her friends end up staying here! Out of the thousands of options in the area, we just might be inclined to come here again because we know what to expect and it met our needs well.

I commend you on having so much available in the kitchen - everything from vegetable steamer insert to egg beater!
