Park Meadows 1C

Great location, we were able to ski back to the unit via 4 o'clock. The hot tub outside while it was snowing was a special experience for us. The free shuttle enabled us to access the dog sledding. Breckenridge is fabulous! The unit is very small but perfect for a couple. The combination lock can be tricky.

Great location, clean, comfortable and quiet unit well furnished with one bedroom and a remarkably comfy sleeper sofa in the living room – and one really nice amenity after a day on the mountain: a hot tub right outside the lobby. A five-minute walk to the gondola and Main Street makes for easy access to the mountains, lots of restaurants and general wandering. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is about 100 steps to the shuttle stop taking you to the ski resort and it's an easy ski-in on the way back from peak 8. We loved our stay here and the location. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Really loved the hot tub at the end of the day too. Short walk to town as well.

This place was so cute and perfect for our Honeymoon / Anniversary trip! We really enjoyed the quiet, peaceful property. Right out front was a little creek and it was less than 5 min from town. Fully stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend for couples trips!

The condo was clean, comfortable and served its purpose. It's pretty tight so i wouldn't recommend more than 2 people (it was me and my 11 year old). Having the hot tub right there was nice and we definitely used the game room (the Foosball table was pretty much trashed but that's not the owners fault). The condo did get quite warm at night, even after we opened windows and had heat down. I like to sleep with a window open but couldn't because there was no screen on the bedroom window. It was overall a good experience for our quick mountain getaway.

What a wonderful place to stay! The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a great visit. In addition to the nice bedroom, kitchen and living room, the room is near a community space with all sorts of fun games and a hot tub. But the best part is being able to walk a few feet from the front door and see the beautiful creek. Very convenient to walk downtown too. Excellent!

We stay here once a year due to the location, but I do think this will be our last time just due to the noise of the building. You hear everyone to the side and above you and it's impossible to sleep (even with the ear plugs they provide you). If noise doesnt bother you, you cannot beat this place. again, location is a ski in and ski out along with being walking distance to down town. The unit is cute, tidy and has optimal storage for everything which is SO appreciated. Just wish the building would work on the noise but I understand it's just a bit older.

We were there for three nights to ski/board for 2 days when my son was visiting colleges in Colorado. It was perfect and affordable and was updated like the photos. We also used the hot tub and played pool. We went out to eat mostly so a light breakfast and coffee was all we used the kitchen for. Loved it!! Thank you!

Overall, great little place to stay.The home was clean and amenities were good; wish we had more time and access to community room and hot tubs! It would be nice if there was a better parking situation for skiers so they don't have to move vehicles and pay for additional parking. Bed is a tight, definitely more of a full size than queen if needing to plan for guests and space.

I admit that I didn't really take to heart the reviews stressing the smallness of this condo. But it is no bigger than a camper inside. I couldn't wait to get outside when I wasn't sleeping. Luckily, there is a nice hangout spot on the property with a fireplace, pool table and couches. And the walk to town is easy. We walked up the road to ski out, and we skied in at the end of the day (although I think technically, they are not allowed to recommend that you walk up the trail and get on the Snowflake lift). It was easy to communicate with the management during our stay. Definitely a good value.

Die Lage des Apartments ist nur schwer zu toppen - circa 300m vom Skilift weg und nur einen 5-minütigen Fußmarsch von der Main Street mit all den Restaurants und Bars entfernt. Außerdem war das Apartment geschmackvoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Es war mit ausreichend Geschirr, Küchenutensilien und Besteck eingerichtet, was für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt sehr praktisch war. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Bergromantik, die durch die kuschelige Feuerstelle aufgekommen ist - darüber hinaus heizt sie auch bei sehr kalten Temperaturen gut ein. Wir hatten es immer schön warm. Leider hat man uns vor der Ankunft den falschen Zugangscode zu unserem Apartment mitgeteilt, sodass wir zunächst überhaupt nicht rein konnten. Glücklicherweise wurde uns nach nur circa 15 Minuten ein neuer, funktionierender Code genannt. Die Matratzen des Bettes sowie der Schlafcouch waren leider recht weich, durchgelegen und schlichtweg unkomfortabel. Für zwei Tage war es schon in Ordnung, recht viel länger hätten wir es aber nicht ausgehalten. Ich würde sagen, das Bett ist für 2-3 Nächte ganz gut machbar, die Schlafcouch allerdings gar nicht. Entsprechend würde ich das Apartment nur für zwei Personen empfehlen.

We are familiar with the area and wanted to stay where we could ski back to our room from the Peaks. The unit was nice and met all our needs. The common area was also useful to play some games and seat by the fire with friends. The cleaning service could have been better, but it was not bad enough to make it a big issue. Overall a good stay.

The property was warm and cozy! Smaller than expected but not bad for a few days! There was trash on the floor under the ottoman (I moved it to workout), and hair in the shower, but clean otherwise! Parking was not great at all! I k ow there was a lot of snow but with the units being used and having only one parking spot we had a hard time each time to find a spot! Other than that the place was fine!

It was an easy walk up to snowflake lift, an even easier ski down, and a quick walk to town. It was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us, with everything you need- oven, sink, little bathroom, comfy bed, fireplace, and even a place to hang wet ski gear and outdoor locker for skis. Yes the place is old so the walls are thin, but it never kept us up. Would absolutely stay again!

This was our first trip to Breck and this condo was perfect for both mountain access and proximity to town for restaurants bars and shops. A quick walk up the street to the bottom of the 4oclock run/snowflake lift for ski in/out. My wife and I came to Breckenridge for our wedding anniversary and loved it. We really enjoyed our stay. Going into the trip I read a ton of reviews on this Airbnb so I knew what to expect. Affordable place to stay, great location, cozy bed, smaller apartment and some noise concerns. The room was small but plenty of room for 2 people, you could possibly sleep 4 with the pull out couch. The room was a bit noisy (walls are very thin) which wasn’t a huge deal for us but keep that in mind. Being in walking distance of everything was huge for us. We walked to the gondola, dinner, town and even realized that the 4 o’clock slope at Breck was in our backyard so we skii’d straight home after our day! No complaints other than the noise but for the price you can’t beat it! Would recommend staying here.

Overall, the property is very nice and in a good location. Certainly walking distance to Main Street, I'm not sure about the ski lifts though. As other reviews mentioned, the room is extremely small. For an extended stay, I would not recommend this location for more than 1 couple with a kid or two. We stayed with another couple for 1 night and it worked out fine though. The property manager was also very easy to get ahold of and they allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated.

The noise from upstairs nightly was ridiculous. I guess that's why they put ear plugs on your night stand because they know the walls are thin. Easy walk to downtown. The locals and tourist were all rude. The nicest person I met was the maintenance guy. He was friendly. A little disappointed in the town Breckenridge the week before Christmas. I had it pictured in my mind that it would be full of Christmas decorations, tree lots, carriage rides, carolers, and Christmas cheer. I even thought that maybe the place we stayed in would have a Christmas tree in our unit or at least in the lobby. A little surprised that even the local houses had no Christmas decor up or the shops. We did enjoy downtown lights at the park. If we come again, we will bring our own tree and our own piece of Christmas with us!

Great location for the price, can walk to gondola, store, and town. Very small which is totally fine for two people I would not suggest for more than two people. I like that there was two hot tubs. Has stove and big fridge so you can cook your meals to make trip more affordable. Laundry on site is also nice. The ski back route was not very marked so got a little lost but we got back.

This was a good, bare-bones place to stay close to Breckenridge. Loved the location, and we were able to take advantage of the outdoor hot tubs which was a nice touch. We were there as a family of four, and it would have been too tiny for more than a night or two, but we knew this going into it. One thing to note, in the evening when we arrived, we learned the WiFi didn't work, and I sent a message but was told it was after hours and unless it was an emergency that it would have to wait. I expected to hear at least something in the AM, but we never heard anything. Not a huge deal, but we did need to do some work that evening so it was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it was a great price in a great location in Breck, and would recommend.

For a very tiny condo, perfectly appointed with a little bit of everything you need. Small but full fridge, little oven/stove, coffee/microwave, bathroom was fine. We used the pullout and it wasn’t awful. Convenient location, easy parking, and two easy access hot tubs! Great affords affordable little option.

Great stay in an awesome location. The walk to town is less than 10 minutes and the place had everything we needed. Perfect for two people but note there is no A/C, so windows had to be opened at night for us but then the stinky smell from the smoking neighbors was awful. No a/c unit gets an automatic four-star rating.

Was a place to rest our heads after a long weekend, which we were thankful for. The parking situation was not ideal, especially for an 8 month pregnant woman. A few guests had oversized vehicles taking up several spaces in our area, which made us have to find parking on the opposite end of where our room was.

Good location and clean, cute apartment. We discovered the hot tubs weren’t working and didn’t receive notification that they were down. We notified the host but didn’t hear back until the morning that they would take a look, we were checking out that same morning, so it did us no good. Other than that, it was a good stay. All was good, the floor had some dirt in the main room when we arrived. The bathroom seemed to be leaking some sort of brown fluid, I assume from the fan but wasn’t sure.

Great ski condo. Loved the place and location. Perfect for a couple and somebody on the pull out couch. Fill kitchen was great for breakfast. Walk to down town and to the lift and Lower 4 O'clock trail.

Great place! All positive things except the remote to tv still has volume issues. Replaced batteries but that’s not it. Location is absolutely perfect. Bus stop close by and can ski back right on other side of your parking lot and a short walk to downtown. Condo is SUPER small. Would never go with more than 2. 2 was a tight squeeze but will stay here again. Very easy process to check in. Thanks

Had a great stay! Room was as described in a good location - short walk to lift and mostly ski-in! Only downside is the walls are thin and neighbors were making noise early and you can hear everything! Would stay again though!

Very transparent in letting us know it would fit 2 comfortably. Pull out bed was awful but we made due. Hot tub, fire pit, pool table and ping-pong in Lodge were great additions. Able to ski into our street off lower four o'clock. Also great free shuttle service. Great budget place.

The place was very clean and the property management company was very professional. Although, this was the smallest condo we have ever stayed. Fortunately there were only two of us and we weren’t there too long. This would be a very small space for 4 people. The location was great for us and I’ll say again it was very clean.

Your condo is perfect for a couple. The location you cannot beat for summer or winter. We had a blast for the five days we were there over Christmas 2017. Please note that your pull out couch is not suitable for sleeping on. We have a 15 y/o and she ended up sleeping on the floor, or not pulling the bed out. The mattress is not usable, and one can feel every spring as you lay down. If you change that out, you can for sure state it is able to sleep three. Thank you again for an amazing stay.....

I'm giving it 4 stars because this is certainly a 'no-frills' place to stay, but I knew that going in based on the pictures. However, the location is fantastic. It's 2 easy blocks to the main street and ski in from 4 o'clock. There's a free shuttle just down the street that can easily get you to the base of Peak 7 and 8. If you're looking for a place to lay your head at night, walk to town easily, and enjoy some apres ski hot tubbing, this is a great, reasonably priced option. I would definitely stay here again, although I'd make sure to bring a humidifier with me!

Great condo with a VERY friendly staff. The decor is a bit outdated but the bed is comfortable and all the amenities worked perfectly. You can ski into the condo, but have to walk to the gondola. They offer a free shuttle that was really easy to take and ran all day. We will definitely look into staying here again the next time we visit.

The room is a little small for 4 people, but we really didn't spend a whole lot of time in it anyway. The hot tubs were nice, the location was good, and the setup of the lodge was nice as well. We would stay again for sure.

We made it to the mountain in record time and our friends needed to rent gear so we went to christys sports where they got 20% off because we were staying at Park Meadows! Also, that was right where we had to check in for our place. I asked if our unit was available for checkin and it was! So we were able to drop our stuff at the unit and then ski the day away! The staff was very accommodating and helpful! We will definitely stay again soon! Perfect location to get into town and there is a free shuttle that will take you anywhere you need to go! Amazing!
