Condo was roomy and nice! Follow-up by property manager re: broken hot tub was nonexistent. We really enjoyed the condo. It was roomy, clean, master bed was very comfortable and master bathroom was very nice. Unfortunately, when we checked in we were told that the private hot tub for the condo wasn’t working due to a broken pump. We were assured that we would be contacted by a manager in a couple of days to be notified about a partial refund due to this issue. We had not been contacted by a manager by the time we checked out a week later so I brought up the issue at that time. I again was notified that I would be contacted by a manager in the next couple of days. One week later and I have still not been contacted by a manager regarding any type of refund due to the hot tub not working.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the hot tub and for not responding back to you in a timely manner. The pump went out prior to your arrival and unfortunately the hot tub company wasn't able to locate one during your stay, since your departure the pump has been replaced and the hot tub is working again. Our general manager reached out to you prior to this review going live and a partial refund has been issued. Hopefully you were able to enjoy the rest of your stay in Breckenridge.
Stayed over the 4th of July and couldn't have been happier. Overall a great place for a summer family retreat. We really like the location but if traveling with elderly parents the hill into town might be too steep but luckily Ski Country has a free shuttle you can arrange ahead of time for transportation into the city.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your recent stay at Highlander 305, our shuttle, and that location. We hope that you enjoyed your time in Breckenridge and we look forward to your next visit to the area.
great location! We stayed 5 nights at this townhome, first time skiing in Breckenridge. Close to ski lifts and in walking distance to Main Street (shops, restaurants). The first day we took the shuttle (arrived within 15 minutes) to get tickets. After that we walked to the closest ski lift (maybe 7 minutes). At the end of the day, the home run took as back close to the Townhome. We really enjoyed the location! The Townhome was very comfortable, very spacious, clean, nicely furnished - we had everything we needed. Besides salt and pepper, there were no condiments, tea or coffee available. So just bring your own if you like a cup of tea right away. Skiing was absolutely fabulous! Would stay at this Townhome again.
