This quality, three-bedroom plus loft, three-bathroom townhome is a quick two block walk to the Snowflake Lift and an effortless ski back on the Four O'Clock Ski Run just a couple of blocks away. The unique, ski decor inspired, 1,740 square foot, tri-level townhome has an open design and features a living room focused around the gas fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD and ample seating on the plush, comfortable couches with the warmth of sunlight pouring through the large windows.
Just off the living room is the full service, suitably stocked kitchen and dining table. The rustic wood dining table has seating for six with exceptional dinnerware and glassware. The granite countertop, wood cabinetry kitchen has state of the art, stainless steel appliances; dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the comfort of your own townhome.
The cozy master bedroom is furnished in natural wood, a comfortable King bed with a new bedding (November 2018), a flat screen TV and dresser for clothing storage. The attached, private master bathroom offers double sinks, a make-up vanity spot and jacuzzi tub. Perhaps the grandest feature of this master bedroom is the patio outside the sliding glass doors providing breathtaking views of the mountains. Enjoy your morning coffee in warm sunlight; just you and the great outdoors.
The second bedroom has two Twin beds with cozy quilted bedding, and a box TV. The third bedroom is equipped with a King bed, flat screen TV, and quick access to the deck with the units private hot tub and gas grill. The upstairs loft has a sofa that provides a Queen sofa sleeper and a small desk for any business needs. With this additional sleeping space, the unit can comfortably sleep up to eight people.
Other unit amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, heated driveway, and a one car garage that all compliment this exceptional property. Also, guests of the Chimney Ridge Townhomes can enjoy seasonal access to the new Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor/outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing tanning area for those sunny summer days. Great location and layout for large family. We enjoyed our time in Breckenridge. The condo was nice, relatively clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The unit is three floors with the main floor being the kitchen, living area, and a bathroom. The second floor is master bedroom, bath and loft area. The bottom floor has the other two bedrooms and a bathroom. It worked well for our family but would not be great for small children or those who cannot handle many stairs. Our only issue with the unit was lack of humidifier. Given the extremely cold temperatures, the air was very dry. There was only one portable humidifier which was inadequate for the condo. We were constantly getting shocked from static electricity. There were a few instances where sparks were visible due to the static electricity. This made being in the unit and trying to sleep extremely uncomfortable. Do not rely on the Ski Country shuttle, they are not equipped to handle any type of crowd. More than once I was asked to just call back because they were trying to get organized. We walked to and from the Beaver Run complex for skiing and even back up from Main Street one evening.

Our shuttle service is normally very reliable and efficient and we were short handed over the holidays due to sick employees. Maintenance and administration staff were asked on short notice to fill in for those regular drivers until they got better. Really enjoyed this property over Valentines week 2017. You walk downhill to the Snowflake lift, and at the end of the day you can walk downhill to the house if you get off the Snowflake run just uphill from the Snowflake lift. There is a little foot trail between the Saddlewood Townhouses and the Blue Sky Condos that will lead you from the ski run to Snowflake Dr...from there it's probably 100yds downhill to the front door. So cool and easy. This property also comes with a FREE shuttle service that will run you around town so no paying Uber and their crazy inflated rates during peak hours. The longest we ever had to wait was maybe 15min but they were mostly at our door within 5 minutes. Just tip your shuttle driver a few bucks and save the number in your cell for door to door service all over Breck. We also had the management company (Ski Country Resorts) arrange for our airport transfer from Denver. It was HALF price compared to quotes I had received from other shuttle services ($50pp one way vs $100). This townhouse is three stories which works out really well giving everyone their own space. There are two bedrooms down, master is up, and the main level is living room/kitchen. The garage is also climate controlled which I thought was a nice feature because we could leave our snowy and/wet ski gear in there to thaw without tracking it inside. This property is uphill from town so it wasn't a bad walk TO town but walking back to the house wasn't much fun so after that learning experience we utilized the shuttle.
