Located on the South side of Breckenridge just a five to seven minute walk to the Peak 9 Base Area, the Quicksilver Super Chair, Historic Main Street and one block to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop, sits the Christiana Townhomes. This spacious, 1,534 square foot, tri-level townhome features two bedrooms, a loft and three bathrooms.
The living room and dining room area feature tongue and groove, beam vaulted ceilings and unique mountain decor. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a cozy love seat and a side chair that all provide ample seating in front of the large, rock, gas fireplace. Enjoy reading your vacation book or mingling with friends in the warmth of the sunlight that pours through the areas windows. The elegant wood dining table can seat six people. Just off the living room is a private deck with a charcoal grill for your vacation grilling needs.
The suitably stocked full kitchen has all necessary appliances; dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Also supplied are all cooking and dining utensils as well as dishware and glassware. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the comfort of your own townhome. If you're looking for a quick meal before hitting the slopes, belly up to the three seat breakfast bar.
The first bedroom has a homey feel with a King bed and comfortable floral bedding. It also has a side chair to relax before you lay down to get a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom is mountain inspired decor with a King bed. The loft is equipped with two Twin beds that is the perfect retreat for those who like to stay up late and not disturb others in the house.
Another amenity to the townhome includes on-site laundry facilities. Guests to the Christiana Townhomes have seasonal access to the Columbine Recreation Center with a seasonal outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor over-sized hot tubs, shower rooms and a summer patio with outdoor furniture. (Seasonal - Subject to Spring/Fall Closures)
Beginning April 1st, 2018, the Columbine Pool center will be closed for remodeling and will not be open again until December 1st, 2018.

Perfect size for the 7 of us. Super close to downtown Breck which was perfect for Oktoberfest! The upstairs was very interesting and hard to manuever. There was an exposed steel edge cover that almost cut one of us so that made going up to the upper level pretty tough. Other than that minor fix, it was a great price for the location and size.
