This charming 1,946 square foot Victorian style home is ideally located on North Main Street only one block to the Breck Connect Gondola that can take you to Peak 7 or Peak 8, and walking distance to most dining and downtown shopping throughout Breckenridge. Only two blocks from Downstairs at Eric's and Goods Clothing, two local favorites.
This charismatic three level home features main level hardwood floors, mountainous Victorian decor and a unique layout. Enjoy the living room bonding area that invites conversation, stories and peaceful time for reading all in the comfort of the gas fireplace and ample seating on the new couch and cozy armchair or the brightly lit window bench. There is a TV in living room.
The unique kitchen allows you to prepare any meal you desire to eat in the mountains. Morning, noon, or night, retreat to the dining table that seats up to 6 people and enjoy your meal. Every one of the three and a half bathrooms in the house has their own unique character adding to the Victorian essence the house itself holds.
The master bedroom is mountain inspired decor that follows with the universal Victorian feel and comes equipped with a Queen bed. The second bedroom has two Twin beds with a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a Queen bed that could be considered more ranch inspired but still elegant. Finally, the loft peaks with the vaulted ceilings holding a Queen bed and TV completing the house to sleep up to 10 people.
Perhaps the most stunning feature of this house is the sweeping views of the Breckenridge Peaks and Ski Area. Other amenities of this property include free Wi-Fi, multiple electronic entertainment areas, a full washer & dryer and an outdoor barbeque grill. The professionally landscaped property has a beautiful center courtyard and connects the entrance walkway to the Main Street Breckenridge sidewalks.

Excellent home right on Main Street. Walk to everything. This place was great. We’re from CO and know the town well. Walking distance to everything. Close to the gondola, bus routes, etc. Great for summer or winter. Sleeps 8-10 though the younger ones will be in the loft or on a pull out (which they liked). Management company was super responsive. Only 1 reserved parking space and Breck is weird about overnight parking so you might have to use the skier overflow parking (5mins by bus/ $5 day)

Great house in perfect location. This was a great house for our family of 4. The Restaurants, shopping and gondola were all within walking distance. I would recommend adding shades for the windows in the master bedroom to block the light at night and adjust the fan in master bedroom to a lower setting. Overall, I would recommend this property and stay here again when visiting Breckenridge.
