The newly updated kitchen includes new tile flooring and stainless steel appliances and offers seating for three at the bar, allowing everyone to be part of making dinner and sharing stories about the day. Take a seat at the quaint dining table, with seating for four people, and enjoy your fresh cooked meal.
The cozy master bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom. The master bathroom features a large, tile shower stall with a glass door and rainmaker showerhead that is sure to relax you after a long day of activities. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and offers a traditional ski feeling.
Besides the immense fireplace, and unique decor, this unit features a private deck overlooking the local Carter Park with a barbeque grill and outdoor seating to relish in the warm days. The Atrium complex is located in the Historic District on French Street, three blocks to Main Street, just a short walk to Downtown and steps to the Breckenridge 'Free Ride' Shuttle Stop.
On-site complex amenities include an inviting indoor lounge area, outdoor hot tub and patio area with ample seating, a heated underground parking garage, ski storage and laundry facilities. You're on vacation and this complex allows you to mingle and generate conversation with the other people, and families who are locals and visitors.
Everyone in your party will enjoy the seasonal activities at the nearby Carter Park. Some of these activities are FREE Sledding on the Carter Park Hill, four outdoor Tennis Courts, a Community Dog Park where your companions can play and the Kids Playground just behind the pavilion building!

Great place to stay. Underground parking garage with ski lockers. Bus stop right outside. There is a park with a sledding hill right out back. They gave the kids some sleds at checkin. There’s also playground we could use at the school.

Pros: Location was great. Very quiet and plenty of room. Cons: The beds could use an upgrade. This was my first time at this condo. it was a roomy 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. it was on the blue route bus line to the ski hill and walking distance to main street for the restaurants and shops. Inside room access and underground parking.

The 2 br 2 bath in 105. Very close to town, easy walk. The hole set up was very nice. I have to say that the beds in Atrium 105 were probably the most uncomfortable beds I have tried to sleep in ever. The owner needs to break down and buy some beds. I am not exaggerating... I could feel the springs.
