This 1,100 square foot beautiful, newly updated, sunny, townhome has everything you need for a perfect vacation. This unit is complete with an abundance of amenities and adorable decor.
The full, suitably stocked kitchen downstairs is equipped with all the necessary cooking and dining utensils and is separated from the all wood dining table with seating for six by the quaint breakfast bar with seating for five. The rustic dining table neighbors the cozy living room and door that leads to the patio. The patio sits next to a year-round mountain stream.
Enjoy your time together in the well decorated living room with spare seating on the two couches or plush side chairs by the heat of the gas fireplace while watching a new hit DVD on the flat screen TV.
With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a queen sofa sleeper provided in the living room, this unit can sleep up to six people. The fabulous master bedroom has a King bed encased in mountain inspired bedding with a TV and features access to the outdoor patio. The attached master bathroom features a jetted tub and shower as well as a large counter-top. The second bedroom has two Twin beds encased in Navajo style bedding with a TV.
Other unit amenities include a washer & dryer and a shared heated garage with space for one vehicle. Access is available to unit guests at the Tyra Hot Tubs and the New Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor and outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area. (Seasonal - Subject to Spring/Fall Closures)
The Antlers Lodge Complex is located on Four O'Clock Road, only three blocks from Downtown, steps to the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle stop and is less than 100 yards from the Snowflake Lift. All of the features to this townhome make this unit an ideal rental for your stay. Please note: Antlers B23 is a non-pet friendly townhome, fines are strictly enforced.

Outdated and Worn. The condo appears old, worn and very dark - not at all like the bright and clean unit that we expected based on the pictures. In fact, I would describe it as dingy. The beds were uncomfortable and the bathrooms appear to have been lasted updated in the 70s or 80s. The unit is not well insulated as we could hear pretty much everything that went on in the unit above it. The building is on a hill. So, although the unit appears to be on the second floor from the parking lot, it is actually a ground unit from the front. The sliding glass door leads only to a small concrete slab, and there is no view of which to speak. The water filter in the refrigerator had not been changed (the replacement light was on) and the ice in the freezer was old and not replaced for our visit. Also, we missed the complimentary bottle of wine and coffee packets that we always get when we stay in Keystone. We were very disappointed and will not be renting here again.

Location, Location!!! The property is located within a few steps from the Snowflake lift ( just across street) and you can ski via 4 O'Clock Run right to the condo. The unit has a heated garage that is great for stowing ski gear at the end of the day. The unit was clean and everything worked properly. This unit is fairly priced given the location, however, it is worn and could definitely benefit by updating televisions in bedrooms and a comfortable mattress in the master...if luxury is required you may want to look elsewhere. If basic accommodations work, this unit is a good fit.

Nice property and clean, but dated. The garage does not connect with the property -- so must haul bags, etc. up the stairs outside to access the unit. Kitchen was nice though it lack any amenities (no spices, no pre-packed coffee, no sugar). The master bed was not comfortable. The location is IDEAL. Right off the Snowflake lift and 4-O'Clock trail. That must be the reason for the high price. Not saying that I would not rent again, however, at this price point there are plenty of other (newer) options.
