Perfect stay with our dog. Just a few minutes from the snowflake lift. Don’t miss sawmill trail just to the right of the snowflake lift. Beautiful hiking trail with bridges.

This is a great place to stay that is close to everything in Breckenridge! It was clean and had a really nice kitchen. We could walk downtown for dinner and also explored some of the ski run/trails right out the door. We had a great time - thanks!

What a wonderful little condo. It was the perfect size with all you need for a nice stay. Everything was so clean upon arrival. The only two issues were it is very hot because the condo is over the sauna but you can open the windows in the living room. Also we would of opened the bedroom window too but it had no screen and the handle to open it didn't work. Next to that it was a great stay and easily walkable to the stores, restaurants and coffee shops near by.

great stay over the summer. there is no air conditioning but it got cold every night and the windows are large. easy to walk downtown and back at night. Very nice quiet area. There were always a lot of people around so it's not isolated. place was clean and comfy.

The place was pretty easy to find. I did think it was going to be a bigger space. It’s basically a hotel room with a kitchen area and a separate bedroom. The space was clean, but it was very stuffy. It seemed like the AC didn’t work and even with opening windows it was warm all night. I would recommend if you’re traveling with dogs. There are good views and it’s only about a 10-15 minute walk from most of the restaurants.

Great location. We came up for the snow sculptures and we’re within walking distance. Also next to the slopes for downhill skiers. We love to be able to bring our dog with us on these winter trips.

We had a great stay at this property and would definitely book this building again. The proximity to downtown and the Snowflake lift are what makes it so great. We walked everywhere during our stay. The unit is comfortable with everything you need for a long weekend. It did get very warm at night, as the owners mention in their description. There are fans available and the windows do open, but it is a first floor unit. If you’re sensitive to that, then this may not be the place for you, otherwise we would recommend!

We stayed at this unit in February and it was so convenient. Ski-in, two block walk to the snowflake lift, and a few blocks from main street. The unit was nicely furnished and very clean would definitely stay here again.

I’m sure many of the condos in this neighborhood are just as perfect- but that’s really what this was. The location to town, the walk to the lift, four o clock run is your back yard (was closed sadly to ski in, but we still messed around back there with our boards on what snow was left) picnic tables by a stream and by hot tubs. just amazing neighborhood to explore and enjoy the mountain/sunset backgrounds from your property. Would definitely come back!

You can take four o clock directly to the condo which was very convenient. As stated it does get a little warm inside but we just opened the windows and it allowed for cool mountain air to breeze in throughout our stay. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the property. There was snow on the road so we were able to ski right to the parking lot. The shuttle to take you to the lift is right at the end of the road. Super convenient. The only issue we had was the temperature in the unit. We had to sleep with the windows open even in the middle of winter.

We enjoyed our stay and the location. We had our small dog with us as well as others that were staying in the complex and even though it was very quiet. The things lacking were plates and silverware. We cooked almost everynight and found it hard with without serving spoons and microwaveable bowls with covers.

Property was as listed. Short walk to shuttle to get to peak 7 or 8. Ski right into the back of the building off the 4 o clock. Here os the problem with this place. It is hotter than hot in there. Almost unbearable. You HAVE to have windows open and then there is constant noise. We did not finish our stay. We left a day early and stayed somewhere else. If you can tolerate heat or noise, this property is perfect for you.

The check in process was terrible. Check very closely - no where on Vrbo site nor in any email correspondence does it tell you that you have to go pick up keys from their office in town. The place was as advertised but the bedroom window is right next to the entry door and above the sauna. So, it was very hot requiring the window to be open and noisy when trying to sleep. Great place to ski in. Hard to ski out of because the lift is a couple hundred yards uphill.

Great location! We parked our car right out front and didn’t move it the rest of our time there. Ski in ski out and an easy walk to town. Our 5 year old German shepherd loved the couch and view from the window. We will definitely stay here again!

Convenient location close to downtown Breck and has a free shuttle to take you anywhere you want to go within the city. The place was clean and had all the necessities. The description and other reviews are right about the heat. The room got extremely hot every night and we had to open the window in 8 degree weather and use the box fan to suck the cold air in to the room to make it bearable. Overall, we would definitely book at this location again but a different unit that isn’t above the sauna.

It’s important to get a good night sleep on vacation The mattress in the bedroom was in poor quality. We both experienced respiratory congestion sleeping in the bedroom! We ended up sleeping on pullout sofa in living room. The unit otherwise was well kept and clean. Had no issues with rental company.

In October, the temperature starts to drop and the air becomes much drier, and that can create some congestion. Absolutely loved our stay here, you cannot beat the location. It is less than a ten minute walk to Main Street and was perfect for a weekend get away with our pup. The place was very clean and quiet. My only complaint is that the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. It wasn’t a huge deal and I would definitely stay again.

This was a really great, well-kept little condo just off of the main drag in Breckenridge. The listing description is spot on, if you're visiting in the winter, the proximity to the laundry and sauna probably wouldn't be an issue. When we visited in early September, it was still warm enough that the extra heat was a bit more than we would prefer. Regardless, it was definitely a wonderful option to bring along the dog and a really nice, comfortable unit.

My parents and I stayed here for 3 nights and really loved how close this property was to main street. It was a safe and clean place. There was no A/C so was hot at times, but fortunately the evening rain allowed us to open to windows to cool the place down. This place had everything we needed and we loved using the hot tub. Very clean and well layed out. Convenient to town; good workout on way up hill after being in town (you can work off calories consumed in town). The space is tiny, but does have a good, well-equiped kitchen. Would be good for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. There were a few things that need to be fixed. There are 3 switches in the bathroom, but only the light works (no fan). Also, we were there is June and although the weather was on the cool/cold side, it was still hot inside. We ran the standing fan constantly. Part of the problem was that there is no screen in the bedroom for air flow. The water in the tub/shower runs hot (scalding) and cold. The check-in/check-out processes work extremely well and the staff of the company that manages the properties is available and were easy to work with in case you run out of anything. Despite all of our comments, we still had a great time, but would probably look for a different property next time.

Overall the property was just as advertised. It was a close walk to the snowflake lift (about 6 mins), and you can ski into the property with a short walk to the unit from the lower 4'o clock trail. The property is also a short walk to town, so overall the location was great for the price. The one issue that I think other people have said is that it can be loud, since its next to the door on the first floor. With people going in and out and packing up their cars outside the unit, it can be noisy, especially if people are leaving early in the morning or coming in late at night. I actually didn't think the unit was as hot as some others have commented...I actually was a little cold and couldn't seem to increase the temperature on the thermostat. Not sure if it was broken or not....it was very cold when I was there, so it could be with comparison to the weather outside, the heat wasn't enough. Other than that, it was great for my dog and myself for the weekend.

I had a great stay. It was just myself and my dog (Apollo) and there was plenty of room for both of us. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had pots and pans for cooking. I did that everyday and never had an issue. A big plus was there was a crock-pot in the condo. It made fixing dinner a breeze. Plenty of dishes and cups. The dishwasher was good for loading up the days dishes so you can run it in the evening and have clean dishes in the morning. The location was also really nice. For me I was there for the skiing and the condo was close to 4 o'clock run. It made coming back from skiing (for lunch or the end of the day) a breeze. Getting to the lift (snowflake) was pretty easy too. It was a short walk from the condo and you are right on the lift. You can easily walk to downtown Breckenridge or to the bus stop. I took Apollo on a walk twice a day and he really liked it. If you want to take a little further walk, once you get downtown you can get on the rec path and go for miles. It is also not to far away from the off leash dog park at Carter Park. Apollo really like the park. This is great place for a single or couple traveling with their pet.

Everything was fantastic! The location was great! The only issue we had was it would get super hot at night even with the thermostat turned down. We had a fan going in the bedroom and we were still sweating. Place was clean. Very nicely updated. Great for our little getaway!

Fantastic stay!! If you are looking for somewhere close to the slopes and close to Main Street, this is the perfect spot. They were so accommodating and extremely responsive. We brought our dog with us and it was super easily taking her out as it was on the first floor. The bed was super comfortable (not the norm for AirBnbs). Any time we had a question, they responded in minutes and were incredibly kind and helpful (again not the norm!) The hot tub was wonderful and so was the sauna! We had everything we needed and were super pleased with everything all around. Will be staying here again! Can’t recommend this place enough!

The property was few minute walk to Snowflake lift and 5 minute walk to downtown. However, the condo was relatively clean aside from bath tub drain clogged with hair and dog hair/food tucked in corners. The condo did run really warm and was unable to turn down the heater. Also, it was not noted the condo bedroom is located directly to the side of the front entrance of the building and can get loud. With those discrepancies noted, we would stay at the property again. The property managers were very polite and helpful with fulfilling requests i.e. slow cooker. The free shuttle was AMAZING and very convenient.

Property was exactly as described. Great for dogs. Management company offered early check-in and we were granted late check-out. As other reviewers have noted, the unit is very warm despite the thermostat being on the lowest setting. Opening a window is a must.

The place was ok. The location is amazing. I wish the towels weren't like sandpaper, the shampoo and toiletries are very cheap and the process to check in wasn't ideal to have to go to a different location to get the keys to check in and out. It was clean and worked for our stay but was pricey for what you get.

The location is outstanding. Just a 10 minute or so walk to Main Street. We loved being able to have our dogs with us. As others mentioned in reviews - the space is extremely loud. You are just a step or so away from the building entrance / parking lot. You can also hear lots of noise from the unit above. Be sure to bring earplugs!

This condo is just like the picture! Tastefully decorated mountain style! Met our needs very well, but we were disappointed to find the grill was a charcoal grill. We thought it would be gas, and had to make a change in our dinner plans. Easy walk into town. Bedroon window right next to the main entrance and you could hear everyone who entered or exited the building.

We booked this condo for a 4 day trip. It surpassed our expectations. Location is superb and walking distance to downtown or the gondola. Yes, it gets a bit warm due to the laundry being below but it was nothing an open window did not solve. We cooked in 2 nights and the kitchen is very well appointed for its size. Parking can get a bit snug but we all figured it out without hassle.

The unit was charming and clean, the views around the property are serene, easy access to and from Main Street and, considering dogs are allowed, it was all-in-all very quiet. The only issue we had was the bed pillows weren't very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay! Could not believe how neat and organized the unit was. We visited to celebrate our birthdays and the host made sure we felt special. The unit was a little warm, but easily fixed with an open window. Also, if you plan to use the pullout mattress I recommend bring a foam topper or something to add a little bit more cushion.

The location was great. Very close to downtown Breck. Bed was comfortable and the condo was very clean. My only complaint would be that it was very hot inside the condo. We had the heat off for our entire stay and the windows open to keep it cool and the outdoor temperature was about 35-40. I think this was just because it’s on the first floor and you have other rentals above and below you. Also parking was a little difficult. We only received one parking pass and had two vehicles with. The offsite parking was over a mile away so not super convenient. Other then that my family and I really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much, however other reviewers were right. The unit runs super warm and keeping the windows open means hearing everyone coming and going because the unit is right next to the front doors of the building and off of the parking lot. We also only had 2 pillows and one small blanket (which I am 99% sure had not been washed in sometime) for use of the pull out sofa, no sheets or comforter. Besides correcting those 2 things for future stays, the unit had everything we needed to relax. Even cable tv to catch GOT! The location could not be beat.

Very cute, stylist, and clean condo at Wildwood Suites. We have stayed at and seen other condos in this building and they are usually very outdated. The condo had everything we needed including kitchen accessories and we really appreciated that it was dog friendly.
This condo is located on the ground floor and literally right next to the front door, therefore, we could hear people coming/going through the doors all night and having conversations right outside the bedroom window. We couldn't close the window to muffle the conversations because it was too hot in the bedroom (even on cold April nights). The bedroom floor was also squeaky even when it was just our two small dachshunds walking lightly in the middle of the night. Boiler/sauna room below us made infrequent clicking/knocking noises. If you're sensitive to noise, this condo would not be suitable for you, but overall, the noise wasn't too unreasonable.
Location of condo in town is great! We never needed our car to get around to restaurants or visiting downtown. The condo was indeed right down the street from the 4 O'Clock ski run, which was convenient. In the summer, there is a nice stream on the backside of the building. We saw a playful fox just across the street from the condo one day on our way to happy hour. Although we never needed any assistance during our stay, Ski Country Resorts seemed to be available for any needs. Thanks for the great place!

Loved the pet friendly atmosphere!!! The week we stayed,the condo facility was filled with pets and their parents which I loved. The location of the condo to town was convenient and easy to access dinner, shopping and groceries. My husband loved the "ski-in" access via the 4 o'clock run. The bed was super comfortable. The only issues I had with the condo were minor. I travel with pets frequently and stay at pet friendly VRBO's all over the USA. I don't expect a pet friendly condo to be on par for those who don't have pets. With this being said, the condo's carpet did have several visible pet accident areas that would best be treated with a steam cleaner prior to next visitors arrival. Another pet friendly plus, the condo has several pet waste stations with all th poo bags you could ever use.

My husband and I enjoyed this cute little condo during a weekend trip. It is well stocked and close to EVERYTHING. The bed was comfy and the kitchen and bathroom were nicely updated. Like others have mentioned this unit is hot! Honestly there isn't anything that I see that can be done. It sits above the laundry room so I assume that is why it's warm. The unit does have a box fan and overhead fan and we did have to open a window one evening. The hot tub is lovely after a nice long day of skiing. Overall, we would rent this unit again.

We thought the unit was very clean and spacious for our needs. The bed was comfortable, medium firm if I had to guess. Supplied plenty of kitchen items for cooking if you didn't want the spend the money going out. Plenty of TV options if you are taking a break from the slopes or downtown area, 1 located in living area and 1 in bedroom. Shower head might need to get cleaned out as part of the head seems clogged and drain in clogged as well. Couldn't control heat within unit either said it was set to 60 degrees but still had to open windows to get to a cooler temperature for our liking. Great place to stay and would stay again, they just need tol fix the minor b issues, but again it didn't ruin our stay.

We loved staying in this condo. The location was perfect for us...a short walk to town and a short (ish) walk to the grocery store and the Breckenridge rec center. Since it is pet friendly we were able to bring our little 9 lb dog with us. Speaking of pet friendly, the entire community is pet friendly so don’t hesitate to bring your dog with you! There was only 1 minor downside to this condo...and that is its proximity to the front door of the building so you do hear some noise. If you keep the window open and you’re a very light sleeper, it could become an issue on a busy weekend. Other than that, we highly recommend this sweet little condo.

This place was very nice, affordable, convenient location and pet friendly, all which made it a great choice for our stay. The kitchen and bathroom were newly renovated with a super nice updated look. The place was clean except some spots on the carpeting. This didn’t really bother us, but it may someone else. Not sure if it was pet spots or from spills, regardless we GREATLY appreciated that this place was pet friendly! Laminate wood floors where the carpet was with area rugs would make this place awesome, but the main reason for not giving this place 5 stars is that this unit is right next to the entrance of the condo. There was no way to get away from the noise of people coming and going. Since we stayed during the summer we had to keep the windows open, which added to noise and a slight lack of privacy. I would still recommend staying here. It is so close to the Main Street action of Breckenridge. The Ski Country staff were very welcoming and even gave our furry friend a welcome treat bag! Very nice touch! Overall we were pleased with our stay!

We really enjoyed staying here - convenient to downtown shops and restaurants, ski lifts, etc. Nice trees and greenery around. Furnishings a little dated, but fine for us.

Everything was clean and modern with great facilities. Very dog friendly which was important to us. My only comment would be to add some wine glasses to the glassware supplied. We highly recommend this place!
