Trails End 405

Pickup instructions were easy and clear although off-site. Great location and great amenities with the hot tub. The indoor hot tub was closed but the outdoor was perfect with the weather. Bring an eye mask though because there are no curtains on the windows so it gets bright super early. Amazing ski-in/out location with access to great restaurants.

Great location and unit looks as advertised in the photos. Check in and out are off site as mentioned, but instructions were clear. Sheets were old and pilling, some outlets did not work, but otherwise a good stay.

The apartment is exactly as pictured here. Simple, cozy and it has everything my husband and I needed for our stay.
The building itself is also great. It has elevators, a covered garage, pool, hot tubs, and ski/snowboard storage room to leave equipments if needed.
However, the location was the icing on the cake. Its literally a few steps away from Quiksilver lift, the village and Main Street, making our lives soooo much easier. After hours of skiing and extremely tired, I was so happy to remember I was that close to home!
The only unfortunate thing was that our flight back was really late at night so I kindly asked for a later checkout, and it was not given.
We had a great time overall. Cant wait to be back!

Our condo was fine for 2 people. Maybe okay for 3 but no more.
If I owned the place I’d invest a couple hundred bucks and outfit the kitchen better. You need a 4-6 quart pot, how about some plastic containers for leftovers, and time for new fry pans.
Also more outlets, extension cords, or expanded sockets.
Bed very comfortable, place was very clean, and fabulous location. Added benefit of garage parking.
And lo and behold never had long waits for elevators!

The building/condo are older. Popcorn ceiling still remains in the condo along w/furniture(sofa)etc..from the 80's. Very little has been spent on this unit over the years. It is very basic & if that is what you want, that is what you will get here. Nothing special, or upscale-just much older and well used. Personally, I think new bedding, a new sofa & fresh carpet(major stains) would go along way to enhance this Breck condo.

Very clean and spacious. No issues whatsoever with the condo. The only confusing part was finding it the first time, but after that, everything was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again! Pro Tip: if you snowboard, keep your speed from the condo. If you don’t, you might get stuck well before getting to the base, especially if there’s fresh snow on the ground.

Stayed for three nights for some skiing just before the holidays. The condo is in a fine location and the complex has nice facilities such as indoor and outdoor hot tubs. The condo heating is a bit ackward but overall we enjoyed our stay there.

The location of the condo is great. The quicksilver lift is pretty much right out your back door and it's a short walk to downtown Breck. Now the but, this condo needs some new furniture. The mattress on the bed was not comfortable at all. For me that is a big negative because you'd like to get a good nights sleep if you're skiing all day. I actually switched to the sofa sleeper and got a better nights sleep. Now that doesn't mean the sofa is in great shape either. It should be replaced as well. It's put in its time and is just worn out. I think if these updates were made this would be a top notch vacation rental.

Trails End is a great place to stay for ski in/skiing out--great location! Unit 405 is nice and efficient but in need of a few updates. The coffee maker doesn't work right; the original carafe is missing so it doesn't drip right. The mattress should be replaced or at least a topper should be added. A new shower head would also be nice. Very glad to have humidifier in closet for the dry air. Worked well for our family of four.

Trails End 405 is a decent unit but in need of some upgrades, particularly to the pots/pans and cutlery. The lighting in the unit is poor and the door to the hall closet was not operable. All that said the unit was clean and the location is hard to to beat!!

Me and my friends had a great stay at the Trails end condo. It was a little small for 4 people, but since we are out skiing the whole day anyway it worked fine. The condo had everything we needed and the hot tub area downstairs was a nice "extra". Being close to the ski-lift this place was perfect for out long weekend getaway

These folks are on their game! Arrangements were all made without a hitch. Arrived earlier than expected and was able to get on an earlier summit express shuttle to Breck. Stayed at one of the Trails End units. Will be back.
