This was the perfect experience-oriented night stay for my larger family. The extra touches made for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed chamomile lavender tea and hot cocoa while playing Scrabble; the fire kept us warm while we listened to the River rushing in the background. Every touch of this house was “moose-ic” to our ears!

Stayed here for a guys trip with 4 adults and my 12 year old son. Having 2 large beds in both bedrooms was great, and the my son never wanted to get out of the loft lol. We really like the fact the there were spices and other kitchen essentials already there. Location was very convenient. Easy walk to the lifts, town, and a very short walk to the hot tubs. Great atmosphere at the hot tubs after skiing for the day. I would highly recommend this place and I would stay again.

I wouldn’t stay in this property again until the mattresses are replaced. It is also very dark and needs more lights. These seem like such easy fixes. I noticed these issues on other post but I couldn’t imagine they were not resolved. I hope these problems are resolved because if they are it would be a great property

This condo is the perfect location for a getaway in Breckenridge. You can walk to town in about 5 minutes but is far enough away that when you look out the balcony you just see trees and hear the sound of the river. The kitchen was very well stocked with basics and much more than other places we have stayed. The moose decor was fun. The beds were comfortable. I loved the place and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The apartment had everything we needed, in a beautiful place, and struck just the right balance between having character and having class. Everything worked, everything was generous (the beds, the provision of toiletries, the size of the rooms, the availability of storage, the means of entertaining ourselves while in the condo, the amenities attached to the condo like the pool and hot tubs). The views from the balcony are astonishing; we loved being up in the trees and watching the birds with a coffee in the morning and listening to the river with a glass of wine in the evening.

The Moose Condo was a hoot! Moose art everywhere! The place was perfect for mothers/daughters getaway! We enjoyed the sound of the river below and took advantage of a nearby trail that took us into town! We also enjoyed the games and movies!

The mattresses need to be replaced. The unit is located on the river and you can take the trail behind the condo into town. You can also fish behind the condo. Parking is limited even if you have a pass. A large dumpster blocks part of the lot. Also, there are many people parking here to go down to the trail behind the unit that are not supposed to be in here so it is difficult to find parking. It is best to walk if you are venturing out in the evening. Overall, I would recommend this unit for families or larger groups. It has plenty of space and is in a great location.

The perfect apartment for a weekend getaway. The beds were very comfortable, which was our favorite part (can’t beat a comfy bed). Great seating for my group of 6 and an even better view. Right on the water with accessible trails to get to downtown in less than a 10 min walk. Kitchen was very stocked on utensils, cookware, spices, and coffee. Great porch for sitting outside and enjoying the sound of the river. There is no AC, but summer in Breck stays pretty cool and fans are in the closet. We had no issues with staying cool

I surprised my husband for his 30th birthday with a trip to Breckinridge with three of our friends. I am SO GLAD I booked this place! It was very clean, fully stocked kitchen (spices, kitchen utensils, everything you need) and it was just as pictured:) We all got a kick out of the Moose theme and even ended up buying some moose souvenirs to commemorate such a great trip:) The fireplace was so cozy and works with a switch which was so convenient. the unit’s back lanai faces the woods/River so you can hear birds chirping and the water, it was beautiful. There were tons of board games, so we had a ton of fun drinking some adult hot chocolate and playing Yahtzee:) you’re also a short walk from all of the fun on Main St! Comfy beds, plenty of blankets and towels. I highly, highly recommend booking here. Great for both adult groups and families. We will for sure be back! Thanks for an amazing stay:)

The condo, in addition to being very well furnished, was comfortable and roomy for the 4 of us. Having 3 bedrooms (including the loft) and 3 bathrooms was perfect. Sitting in the living room with the porch door open, we could hear the peacefulness of the Blue River go by. The condo had anything and everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked to the fullest. (Moose themed of course.) The location was perfect.

While in Breckenridge, we hiked McCullough Gulch, Mohawk lakes and several other trails. We biked to Frisco and paddle boarded on Lake Dillon.

I have stayed at other condos in Breck but will choose Tannenbaum 304 in the future.

My family of 4 met my sis & her husband. Walking distance to hiking trails, pool and hot tubs, shopping and restaurants! Fully stocked kitchen, lots of games and books for the kids…Having 3 showers was a really great feature! The moose theme was super cute and fun. The kitchen had absolutely everything needed for cooking for a group: we fed dinner to 7 adults and 2 kids one night without any issues. The beds were comfy: all 5 of them. The couches were so nice for late night fireplace reading after a long day of hiking and window shopping. The patio was super nice in the morning and the birds would be in the trees almost within reach. Overall, it was an amazing fall vacation and I loved this little mountain lodge!

Our stay at this property was phenomenal! The sound of the rushing river was so relaxing and the views of the trees made the condo feel like a luxury tree house. This condo had one the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever stayed in which I appreciated since we cooked most of our meals there. The kids enjoyed playing games in the loft and we loved sitting on the balcony in the afternoon sun. The location allows for a short walk into town and is also just a few steps away from “Narnia” as my kids call it and hiking trails. We already “moose” this place and hope to be back again soon!

Had a great weekend and the condo was beautiful. The setting is absolutely beautiful right on the river. We loved its serenity. The condo was very clean, homey and comfortable. It was perfect for our family and our kids’ friends. The only disappointment was that the main tv in the living room seems to be going out and thus we could not watch in the evenings. This was not a big deal though because we really didn’t come to the mountains to watch tv!

We adored this place and found the moose decor to be incredibly fun. My boys (2,4, and 7) were so entertained by the unique style and decor. Great location - we were able to walk downtown and it was a quick walk for the kids. LOVED that they had personal photos on the wall. I've stayed at several places and have never seen anything personable about a unit, but I loved how these photos made the unit unique and nice to see the memories that have been made in the condemooseium. Also, the kitchen was really clean and very well organized. One of our favorite places so far. We'd love to return and will recommend it to our friends. Thanks so much!

Great location - walking distance to Main Street and Peak 9 lifts. This place was extremely homey and comfortable and overwhelmingly moose-themed in the best way possible :) Equipped with great amenities and an awesome shared hot tub facility! We had a great stay and would definitely come back - check in/check out was extremely straightforward. Be aware of parking rules - there aren't enough parking spots for the number of people the airbnb accommodates so make sure to plan ahead for overflow lots!

Christmas 2018 was amazing here. Moose theme in the Colorado mountains was simply the best. The location is crazy good, the condo is equipped better than most we've stayed in. We had a great time in Breckenridge.
Tannenbaum by the River #304 was the perfect place. Short drive from Main St. very cozy, and clean. Let’s not forget the moose themed. All of us were so impressed by the decor. The glass windows were so pretty, gave those staying in the loft a great view to wake up to. I would definitely recommend this condo, and would stay again in the future.

Very well designed...3 full baths and 2 bedrooms with 2 very comfortable beds plus a loft with a king bed. Great for a guys trip. Nice kitchen and living room, very cool to leave the door open and listen to the creek just outside, and convenient for getting to and from Main Street on foot. I, too, enjoy the layout of these units, as they seem to come from an era that cared more about freedom of movement and comfort that trying to fit in as many units as they can market. Walking to main street is a major plus, and still being able to enjoy the noise of nature is priceless. Our stay at this condo was way too short! I came here with 8 friends for a girls' weekend/bachelorette party. Our schedules only allowed for one night and we wished we could stay longer. The ambience was especially fun for those from out of town (way to represent Colorado with the log cabin feel and all the mooses!) The condo had everything we needed and the distance from downtown was especially convenient. The only downside would be the stairs (especially for those not used to the altitude) and I had trouble getting hot water from one of the showers. The view of the river, the ambience, and the customer service more than made up for this, however. Thank you!

We arrived December 27, 2016 and stayed for 3 nights in this wonderful condo. It is on the 3rd floor which had to be reached by stairs, no elevators. That is the only negative thing I would say about our stay. The condo was decorated uniquely and very comfortable. Cable TV, wireless internet and 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each along with a loft with a full size bed. We were a party of 6 and very comfortable with the number of beds and the comfort of the furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, bottle opener, full size refrigerator, carpeted floors-for warmth, large dining room table, etc. A nice surprise was the flour, sugar, olive oil, pepper, salt and spices available for use. Although we purchased some groceries, it is very thoughtful of the owners to offer these staples. The best part of staying at this condo is the free shuttle service provided by ski country resorts. We would phone the driver and in 10-15 minutes they would arrive and take us to our restaurant in downtown Breckenridge and then they would pick us up and drive us back to our condo rental. This is such a nice convenient way to get around Breckenridge when the temperature is freezing. A hot tub facility is nearby- we chose to drive but was a very short walk away. Also, a 5 minute walk to the ski lift. I would recommend purchasing your lift tickets on line before you arrive to avoid a 20-30 minute lift ticket line. We rented from Christy sports, same place where we picked up our rental unit keys. We enjoyed the prompt and courteous workers at both Christy sports and ski country resorts-property management company. Christy sports offers a 20 % discount which was very helpful. We loaded up our skis while we checked in and then drove to condo, so very convenient for travelers. I loved this condo, the decor, the comfort, the location and the very polite and professional drivers and check in staff. I would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again in future. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay in their little slice of heaven.

This 5 bed condo is fantastic! We would definitely stay here again. The downside is it is in on the 3rd floor but this allows for a tall ceiling and loft! Perhaps consider leaving skis in a locker a Peak 9 or just leave them in your car so you don't have to carry up the stairs.

The Moose Theme actually was enjoyable... we saw two moose roaming the mountains... kind of wanted to buy a moose decoration and leave it for the host!!!

The place was beautifully decorated with a lot of moose! Only a few things we hope them to improve was the Internet, which has problem connecting, ( we got "password incorrect" although password was definitely correct. Weird thing is that after trying 10-15 times with same password, we would then get connected). Lastly the water pressure of all three bathrooms was very low, only little water/hot water would come out. It was mid September and already quite cold weather so I hope we could get warm up getting hot shower or bath.

Stayed in another Ski Country Resorts condo during the Summer of 2015 and was equally pleased. Whenever I go to Breckenridge, I will always stay in a Ski Country Resorts property.

The listing was as nice as the description made it out to be. Walking distance to the lifts, communal hot tube, ample parking, etc.

The condomoosium was the perfect space for 10 people in their 20s during Ullr fest. It was close to the base of peak 10 and the town. We enjoyed ourselves.

Stayed up here with 9 friends for a ski weekend. Extremely close to lifts and more then enough room to accommodate. Only drawbacks were poor air circulation to the individual rooms (they got extremely hot) and the parking was tough. Being the place sleeps 10, you would expect more then 1 parking permit. Not the case here. Had to pay $15 at ice rink for 4 vehicles so make sure to keep that in mind when calculating cost. All in all would recommend to anyone.

We stayed here for a 30th birthday get together. This place is great because the bedrooms are down the hall and away from the main common area so noise was not an issue when folks wanted to go to bed and others wanted to stay up. The living room is big and the lofted ceilings make the place feel roomy. Beware of all the moose decorations....they was a little much for us...although the kids had fun finding them on everything.

Came up for oktoberfest and had a great time!!!!! The condo was a great location to main street, only a short 5 minute walk! Very nice interior! Perfect for our big group!!! We will be coming back!!!! Thanks again!!

Great place in the summer, with the river running and the beautiful scenery! Well appointed & comfortable condo that has it all!! Enjoy the "mossiness".... It's everywhere!!! Would be 5-star except in winter, apre ski, no elevator to 3rd floor!

We were disappointed in this property. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very small. Probably needs some updating and minor repairs. The location is good and it is convenient. The view of the river is beautiful.

Condo was very nice, moose theme was very cute, The condo was very clean and comfortable. The only draw back to the condo was the stairs and the fact there was not a washer and dryer. The location was excellent and the view of the river was beautiful.
