Beginning April 1st, 2018, the Columbine Pool center will be closed for remodeling and will not be open again until December 1st, 2018. Construction noise can be expected during daylight hours until work is completed.



Tannenbaum By The River Condominiums are one of our most popular destinations with its convenient location near the ski area. Nestled in a wooded area, these units are right next to the Blue River that runs beneath towering Blue Spruce trees. Feel the true Colorado experience as you relax on your private balcony with the river running below.

Less than a five minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Chair at the Peak 9 Base Area, take a quick stroll over a bridge and start your ski day. When you're done ski down to the base and walk back across the bridge to the complex and take retreat in your unit. If nightlife is what you are looking for, it is a short walk to the Peak 9 Village and all of the restaurants and shops on Park Avenue and Main Street in the heart of downtown.

You will enjoy staying in this first floor, two bedrooms and three bathrooms unit which provides beautiful views of the Blue River. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking and dining utensils, as well as a six person dining table. If your group requires more space, utilize the kitchen countertop bar with seating for three.

The living room area has a decorative gas fireplace as well two new plush couches that allow you to relax while watching a movie on the large 42" flat screen TV with DVD. When it comes to sleeping, this 1,300 square foot unit can sleep up to ten people between the two bedrooms, each with two Queen beds, and the Queen sofa sleeper. The bedrooms also feature new flat screen TV's, mini fridge, coffee maker, closets and dressers for storage.

All units feature high speed internet and access to the on-site coin operated laundry facility. The common area deck is equipped with two grills and picnic area to accommodate any size group. This property does not offer an elevator and stairs are required to access this condo. Relish with seasonal access to the Columbine Recreation Center with an outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor oversize hot tubs, shower rooms and summer patio with outdoor furniture to savor the warm days. What a perfect way to end your long day of skiing or riding! (Seasonal - Subject to Spring/Fall Closures)

A bit outdated and worn. Not centrally located being past far end of Main St. The main heat only came from the gas fireplace. Bedrooms had heat but the thermostat for main living/kitchen area was taped in the off position. Came back after a day of skiing to 55 degree condo. Should be allowed to run heat for entire condo, not just back bedrooms! 2nd day we left the gas fireplace running all day but that seems dangerous. Check out was a big pain. Don't know how you'd do it without a car. Had to physically return the keys to the ski shop at the other end of town in morning. Then, you're not allowed to put your car back in lot for the day. This was never stated in any of the information prior to check in. If you're skiing, you have to find a public lot after returning the keys. Really cut in to final day of skiing. Very inconvenient.

The Tannenbaum condominiums are located on the South end of town as you mentioned within walking distance of the base of Peak 9. For those guests that prefer not to walk to the slopes or downtown Breckenridge we suggest utilizing our private guest shuttle service that operates daily during the winter from 8am to 11pm. The heating in this unit is unique and the gas fireplace can be safely operated at a comfortable temperature while out skiing or exploring Main Street. We do require all guests to check out by 10am on the day of departure and move their vehicles from the property so our housekeeping and maintenance teams will have a place to park while cleaning or making any necessary repairs to the unit prior to the next guest arrival. For those guests wishing to ski on the day of departure our office opens at 8am allowing those guests to check out and find a parking spot prior to the chairlifts running at 9am. For those guests that don’t have a car, our private guest shuttle will pick you up in the morning and drop you at our Main Street office to check out, some guests will then take a shuttle back to the airport from our office and some guests are able to catch the airport shuttle directly from the property leaving the keys in the unit or with the shuttle driver that are returned at a later time. We sent you an electronic confirmation letter with our contact information at time of booking along with a welcome message through Airbnb a couple days prior to arrival and we wish that you would have reached out to us with any questions or concerns about the check out procedure. We appreciate your feedback about the condition of this condo and we’ve passed along your review to the unit owner in hopes of future upgrades. We hope that you enjoyed your time on the slopes and downtown Breckenridge.

Needs updating for the price. Good; held 7 people with no issues. Convieniently located. Kitchen and utensils was a plus for cooking. Bad; beds were uncomfortable, some remnants from the last person to stay there.

The condo was in great condition. Easy walk to the Quicksilver lift. The free shuttle was also a plus to get around town when needed. Will definitely book again.
