We had a perfect stay, with this great property. Exactly as described, and the location is incredibly convention to both the mountain (2 block walk to gondola) and 2 block walk to Main Street/downtown for shopping & restaurants. This is a perfect location for a ski trip. Right in town with access to food / shops, along the Breck bus route that takes you to Peak 7 / 8, and has ski-in access through the 4 O’Clock run. Pleasant to work with the mgmt. team and place was 100% as advertised. We hope to stay again soon!

Property manager communicated with us on time about access to the condo. They are very business oriented so be sure to know what check in and check out times are. We asked for an early check in and got it about 30 minutes early. We did not ask for any late check out, but the assumption of that was made by the property manager. The property manager truly went above and beyond however, to work with us to facilitate the return of my oxygen as I came down with acute mountain sickness. His staff got the oxygen tank from the condo and facilitated the return to the oxygen company. Grateful for that extra work on their behalf. The condo was beautiful, and spotless. There's even a washer and dryer we did not use, with a courtesy box of laundry soap (we did not use). This is the type of property manager that crosses his t's and dot's his I'd and is very professional. This is shown in the condition of the condo. It was clean, fresh smelling, perfect for us. If you want a clean place with no bugs or issues, this is the condo for you. Enjoy the snowy slopes of Breckenridge. This is the condo you want to rent. Once again, please understand the check in and check out policies and adhere to them. Your visit will go flawlessly! Please note this is an upper floor unit but easily accessible by elevator. Bring your swimsuits as there is a hot tub in the complex!

Condo was wonderful and as expected EXCEPT that upstairs neighbors were very loud… this was especially annoying from 1am -3am. There was so much stomping around and loud talking that all five staying in the condo were awakened for several hours.

We had an amazing time, I wish we could've stayed the whole weekend. Only thing was I'm used to Airbnb places having some spices in their drawers which is nice when you want to cook. They did have S&P. We did have to wait for fridge to make ice for our drinks but other than that it was lovely.

Location was great for an easy walk to Main Street. Very comfortable condo. Need a few extras like soap dishes and tongs. Bring your own foil or baggies. The rule for only car parking is maybe understandable during peak seasons, but there was plenty of room and to have to park our other car mikes away for $20 was ridiculous!!!! Need more TV instructions as well.

We walked to dinner every night, and would ski home in the afternoons via the 4 o'clock run which stops right outside the property. The only thing I would change would be keyless entry. You have to go pick up your keys in town, which is not far, but we had a shuttle service to and from the airport instead of renting a car. The shuttle service was happy to stop to pick up the keys but would not stop to drop off the keys, so my husband had to walk to the drop box in the snow prior to our departure.

Loved our stay! Super clean, lovely living area, great location. View of mountains through a small-ish window but not easily seen. We had a perfect location to everything in breck. We could easily walk to the gondola, Main Street, and even Maggie’s pond wasn’t too far. The property management company is by far the easiest group we have ever dealt with in 30 years of coming to Breck. The only slight negative is the washing machine did not drain properly so we had to do extra spin cycles, but no biggie! We would definitely stay again. Also the patio is nice and big!

We have stayed in a different unit in this condo complex. Terrific for access to Main Street. Floors and walls are THIN. We were fortunate not to have anyone above us for most of our days but once someone moved into the unit above us you will hear every footstep. This unit was a great price compared to similar lodgings but is a bit dated. Master bedroom bed was not the most comfortable. Guest bedrooms were better. Small bathrooms but i think this is more a restriction of the condo layout. Overall good but likely would not book again.

We had a great time staying here. The location was walking distance to everything (main street, ski lifts, grocery store) we never even had to use our car. The location and apartment itself is absolutely perfect . Although the apartment was clean it is due for some additional maintenance I.e. the carpet should be shampooed and the mattress on the master bedroom should be replaced .

The property is in a great location centrally located in town. I think the only drawback was having to go get your key at a location in town off of Main Street otherwise everything was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cleaning crew was still cleaning and the sink was stopped up. Didn't get into the unit until 5:00 pm and the sink wasn't fixed for another day. TV in master bedroom didn't work. Management came through! Hired a plumber to fix the sink, purchased a new TV for the bedroom and reimbursed us for the cleaning fee and 1/2 day's rental. Loved the unit and the location - will definitely rent Sawmill Creek 214 again!

Overall our stay was great! Instructions on how to check in were not communicated to us, but after that communication with the property management team was great and we loved the condo! Very clean and up to date. It’s at the very bottom of 4 o clock run which made skiing in very easy and short walk to shuttle or 20 minute walk (up hill) to the snowflake lift. It was very close to Main Street.

Location is perfect. Quarter mile walk to the Gondola that takes you to peak 8 lift. When returning home, ski the 4 o'clock run down as far as you can to get to the entrance of the complex. Only a block away from main street. There is only 1 parking spot per unit at this location so we needed to leave one of the cars at the lot on airport road which was $10 a night.

At the bottom of 4 O'Clock Run! A fantastic location! Clean unit, had towels changed twice and sheets once during the week. We ski Breck 1-2 times/year and are used to staying in similarly priced units that offer a few convenience items like coffee filters, foil, saran wrap, a few spices. There was no pantry, (all cabinets were "taken" with dishes/cookware) so all items purchased had to be stacked on the counter. We like to cook at least 3-4 nights, so the counters were quite crowded with these items. Hair dryer provided was inadequate; smaller and cheaper than one might find in a hotel. Enjoyed the fireplace and the large TV in the living room and bedrooms. Kitchen was well-stocked w/cookware, utensils. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable.

The place was nice and very convenient for what we were doing that week. The only thing was we didn't realize the hot water heater was so small. Our wives both took a shower at the same time and the hot water only lasted about 5 minutes, and then we heard screaming from cold water. Never fun when your wife can't take a hot shower. :) The other thing was the internet kept going out the entire time. Wasn't a big problem since we had our phones, but needed to work some and couldn't get internet for my laptop.
