This spacious, three bedroom plus loft, three bathroom townhome is located near the base of the Four O'Clock Ski Run offering ski-in access. The townhome is also steps to a Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle Stop and 2.5 blocks to Historic Main Street with all that Downtown has to offer.
The ski decor 1,671 square foot, multi-level, luxury townhome features lots of windows, cathedral ceilings, and an open design centered on the living room. Enjoy your family movie night on the flat screen TV with DVD player on either of the large plush couches or cozy side chair. If you'd rather read a good vacation book, take retreat in the inviting room and relish in the warmth of the gas fireplace while the Colorado sunlight pours through the windows.
Just off the living room is the full service, suitably stocked kitchen and dining table. The wood dining table has seating for six with exceptional dinnerware and glassware. The granite countertop, wood cabinetry kitchen has all the necessary appliances; dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator. If you're in need of a quick grab-n-go meal, belly up to the breakfast bar with seating for two. Either way you will enjoy a home cooked meal in the comfort of your own townhome.
The cozy master bedroom is furnished in natural wood, a comfortable King bed and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a comfortable King bed with plush bedding and a TV. The den has a large couch, office desk, two side chairs and a flat screen TV with entertainment center. The third bedroom is equipped with a Captains Bunk with a Queen bed on the bottom and Twin bed on the top. With the additional sleeping space provided by a Queen sofa sleeper, the unit can comfortably sleep up to nine people.
Other unit amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, high speed internet, a one car garage and a private hot tub on the unit's deck.

Great location, everything within walking distance. Comfortable and clean home, well stocked! Our family of 8 enjoyed our stay! If it had 1 more bedroom it would have been ideal for us. We were still comfortable for a week’s stay. The location is perfect. You could easily walk to Downtown, the Snowflake lift and even the Gondola. The grocery store is a half mile away. It took us a few days to figure it out, but we could ski in right to our driveway! If we didn’t walk somewhere, the Ski Resort Shuttle was an amazing benefit! It was a phone call away and the most we ever waited was 20 minutes, most times only 5-10 minutes. The town house itself was clean, comfortable, well-stocked with all the various things we needed. We visited during the week of New Year’s so a very busy time. Thankfully someone told us to make reservations ahead of time. The one time we went out to dinner without one, we had to wait an hour and a half for a seat. Some of our favorite discoveries were Dugan’s Deli, right down the road from the Townhouse. We found the second location for Crepes A La Cart (inside and warm!) either way - the crepes are worth the wait! The cookies at Mary’s Mountain Cookies are amazing, try the Peanut Butter Dream, also can’t beat “buy 6 get two free”! The skiing was as expected- amazing! Best advice is to get up and hit the slopes early! It does get very crowded at certain lifts. Also hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! If I had to say “area for improvements” - it would be for a new mattress for the bunk bed and some new towels (although the second set delivered were much better!) We had three couples and two teenagers, so ideally another bedroom wound have been better for us, if not for that, we would reserve this exact townhouse again.

Walk out, ski home to the driveway! Lots of room and well stocked! A Perfect Christmas! The location was perfect, a couple blocks to town and walking distance to the Snowflake chair lift, we never used the shuttle. The way the condo was laid out and the bedding situation was perfect for our 2 families of 4 adults and 5 kids. The kids had their own area downstairs, the main level was comfy cozy for relaxing and cooking and eating dinner. The bedrooms upstairs were ideal with the two king beds in each (which were very comfortable) and private bathrooms. Lots of room for all of us to be comfortable. The condo was so well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, we did lots and lots of cooking and baking! The garage was a bonus to store all our gear and keep the coolers cold. The hot tub was so amazing and well needed at the end of a fun day of skiing/snowboarding. The deck with the grill was nice although it was too cold to sit outside and enjoy it, but we did use the grill. For Christmas Eve, we walked next door to church and had the most wonderful Christmas service I'd ever been to, a huge bonus! Santa even found us that night and left us goodies in our stockings. Ski Country was amazing to work with, they made the stay easy and enjoyable, no issues! This is the first condo I've ever stayed in where I could ski all the way home to the driveway, what an experience! The snow was awesome this year, and Breckenridge really met all of our expectations, above and beyond! We would love to come back every year.

Great getaway. Great condo and service! We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for skiing and enjoying town. The condo was clean and had a well equipped kitchen.
