BOOKING YOUR RESERVATIONS: A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of booking. Balance of two nights lodging is due within ten days. Final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival; sixty (60) days during the Holiday Season.

CHECK -IN/CHECK-OUT:

OFFICE HOURS: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., during ski season SUMMER HOURS MAY VARY.
LOCATION: Ski Country Resorts is located at 213 North Main Street. Ample parking behind building.

CHECK-IN: After 4:00 p.m. Guaranteed by 6 p.m.

(LATE CHECK-IN requires special arrangements to be made prior to arrival)

CHECK-OUT: 10:00 a.m. (Storage for luggage is available.) Late departures are subject to half-day rates.
DIRECTIONS FROM DENVER: I-70 West to Frisco, Exit 203. South on Colorado Highway 9 to Breckenridge (approximately 10.3 miles). Ski Country Resorts is located at 213 North Main Street, at the South West corner of Main and Watson Streets. There is ample parking behind the building.
MAID SERVICE: Prior to arrival, each unit is cleaned and provided with fresh linens, towels and consumable goods such as soaps, paper products, firewood, etc. Published rates do not include daily maid service. Additional towel changes are available for $7.00 per bathroom per day. Custom maid service is available. Please call for details and charges. SMOKING: In all properties smoking is prohibited. Security deposit will automatically be forfeited should smoking or burns occur.
LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE: Ski Country will beat any price on lodging accommodations based on similar properties, amenities and service within 72 hours from confirmed reservations. Contact Ski Country for further details.
TELEPHONES: In most properties, local calls are free; long distance calls may be subject to surcharges. The Village at Breckenridge charges for local calls and parking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Credit card information is requested for unit damage/property loss and telephone charges. Ski Country Resorts Management Inc., is authorized to charge up to $250 in property damages or loss occurring during rental occupancy. Ski Country Resorts will charge against this card only with prior written notice or phone notification.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival receive refund less $100.00 handling fee. Cancellations made 29 days or less, all monies are forfeited unless the space is re-booked; the amount recovered is refunded, less a $100.00 handling fee. Holiday Season cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival receive refund less $100.00 handling fee. Cancellations made 59 days or less, all monies are forfeited unless the space is re-booked; the amount recovered is refunded, less a $100.00 handling fee.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Traveler's Checks and personal checks.
DISCLAIMER: Ski Country Resorts reserves the right to change accommodations without notice up to the day of arrival due to unexpected emergencies or sale of property. An attempt will be made to provide equal accommodations or upgrade at no charge to you. Rates are subject to change without notice. Ski Country Resorts is not held responsible for any inconvenience, damage, injury or loss to persons or properties directly or indirectly by weather, negligence or wrongful act by Travel Agent or transportation company beyond the direct control of Ski Country Resorts.
HOT TUBS/JACUZZI: Ski Country Resorts has no control over the mechanical operation of private home hot tubs. If the hot tub becomes inoperable during your stay, a maximum of $25.00 per day will be refunded. This does not apply to bathtubs or recreational facilities.
PETS: A few properties do allow pets. In most cases no pets allowed. Ask for details.
