Founded in 1988, Ski Country Resorts and sports started in a one room office on the south end of Breckenridge by brother and sister Dave Garrett, Jeni Shelton and friend Mike. At that time Ski Country Resorts boasted five units for rent. Mike eventually moved to Keystone to start his own lodging company and Dave and Jeni through hard work and determination went about building Ski Country Resorts and Sports from its humble start to offering 300 units for rent with locations from Ski in/Ski out to the Breckenridge Historic District and sizes from hotels and economy 1 bedroom condos to large luxury homes. Our current three story office building is located on Main Street and includes administrative offices, laundry and housekeeping, a ski rental shop, front desk and 2 wonderful 2 bedroom condos upstairs.
As we enter our 23rd year of hosting groups , families, friends and relatives, we look forward to another fantastic season. At Ski Country Resorts, we continue to provide you with great personal service. Each phone call, letter or e-mail is answered by our friendly staff. We greet each of our guests personally at our Main Street office and provide the security of a 24 hour contact should you need any attention or have an emergency. Ski Country Resorts is here to offer you helpful advice, friendly service, quality lodging and equipment.

- Front Desk open 7 days a week offering friendly service, personalized check in, 24 hour emergency contact
- Owners may clean their own units
- Free Spring Clean with 60 paid rental nights
- In-House housekeeping and maintenance staff
- No charge for guest request such as clogged toilets, light bulbs, more supplies, etc.
